peggy CLEARLY it is beneficial to US for ARCM to start drilling deeper. It will make AA take note and realise that we are not going to sit around and wait for a bid, it shows them that we are happy to goit alone, that we can raise funds and will keep making the asset more valuable.

IMO its a no brainer... disappointing perhaps that we had a fundraise 2 weeks after they said we are fully funded. however it's so important when negotiating to show how strong you are.... today we proved, we can raise funds extremely quickly & that we are more than happy to keep proving up the resource.

Very clearly a strategic move but they are never going to write that in an RNS !!!!

Tricky they wouldn’t have got 7.5p when that was the mid price & the book build certainly wouldn’t have been sorted so quickly. They offered it to a select few, not pi placing mug punters & 6.5p isn’t that cheap when you consider that the reason it has risen is due to AA and not a lot else.

I’m not overly concerned as notwithstanding positive talks & imo it is clearly a strategic decision.....

The licence is now worth more than it was this morning... AA better get a move on.

Waiting on TERN, been waiting a while but if it lands it’ll fly.

Locked in copl & holding a few Tek traded the spike & bought back @ 11.2p only a few nothing to big.

Topped up arcm today.

Few others of interest down the line but happy to wait. Bouncing about to the next big riser doesn’t work over the long term being patient does.

Clearly if ARCM know AA are keen and they have said as much in the RNS "Notwithstanding the positive talks" ... By making it clear to the market that you are happy to keep proving up the resource gives a sure indication that A won't be able to get away offering a cheap bid.

You have to wonder if this strategy was recommended by our recently implemented advisors.. but this kind of play while sat round a negotiating table is pretty common. a short term blip to ensure long term success.

Gotta wonder how DA is listed along side Microsoft, Intel et al & Tern is still only valued at £32m mcap.

32 million traded to move it from 9p to 12p & only 14m to move it back down again.

Small amount of buy pressure and it'll be back there as all things are equal & that defo isn't.

Yep. GLR, POW and Kvango resources all have concessions there. High grades if I remember rightly.

It's been done strategically...

When negotiating you need to show that you are in a strong position and won't be pushed in to selling cheap... this has clearly been done to show A that we are happy to go it alone and the longer they wait to offer a "fair" deal... the more the asset becomes worth.

Looks like a savvy negotiating tactic to me... They've shown AA we are happy t go it alone and prove up more copper if we need to to increase the value of the asset and the placing is only going to a very select number of people.

This was done strategically imo.

Having read it a few times... seems to me could also be using this as a negotiating tactic... strengthening our hand by showing we are happy to go it alone &adding value in the asset in the process.

Are they hinting that AA deal will be sorted in the next few weeks ?
