SoF - there is of course no point in gifting the club money. More sensible to save investments for the share issue as that will dilute the % of those that choose not to participate down further and weaken their influence.

I'm really not party to King's finances SoF. However he did find £2.4M down the back of the sofa for his 12M shares. The BDO payment was due to be announced in Q1 - but as the payment is coming from the Collier agreement which was won by a no-win no fee arrangement I suspect nobody is planning their finances around that being large. Creditors will have to wait for the final payment for the bulk of their recompense.
