Given that the share base of Oilex is 85 per cent owned by Private investors that would in theory mean it's up to them to decide.
Unlike say UJO which was all institutions and screwed the PI.

I've pulled all my us based stocks.
Just invested in bank shares and energy .
Deleveraged all margin accounts .
It's weird but from what I remember Oilex does quite well when the general market under performs just look at it's chart .
Of course there Risk everywhere.
But even cash accounts depreciate when inflation runs high.
