I could be interpreting this wrong but I see the in specie distribution of share in McArthur to existing shareholders of AJQ where AJQ is retaining 33% of McArthurs assets as AJQ shareholders receiving shares in McArthur free for nothing as well as being given preference to buy shares in the IPO. Am I correct or completely off the planet?

Also Guys I just had a look a t ASX before it shut .
There was 71 bidders and only 3 on the offer !
They are a lot more transparent in there markets over there I think

I reckon odzyean own or will own 70 to 75 of free float at least that what I reckon after open offer.
They control share price.
Plus when you take into account most employees in these companies tend to locked in.on.share plans then very small free float.

How much is that worth depends on your view point.

Anywhere between .75 and 1.00 is not impossible if you have been waiting ages for the funding like some.long term.holders then you may have a lower target .
Last time oilex drilled it went from approx 1.2p to 12p over 9 months .
So it all depends on your timescale.
But short term with a decent wind I can't see why we can't value co at 40 m which would be 1p.
I mean we do.have assets on the balance sheet that don't seem to.be reflected.

I'll be honest I haven't a clue when there will be news or what it will be in detail at least.
But I do trust Joe from what I've seen he's been ok generally as far as I can see .
I know the potentail of Cambay just needs a another chance of funding to hopefully make it work.

I agree u need to take up options but also be aware that in the short term the price may drift down due to the dilution and the general tendancy of price to drift to option price .
I estimate it head to the 2.60-2.80 mark ,just a guess
