There must be myriad opportunities for their nano fertiliser. India has a growing population and over farmed soils. It needs technology such as this to improve crops.

Here's an idea, why wait for the poor farmers to take the gamble on buying our stuff, why not instead offer a farm a fixed (decent) prices for all their chilli at regular prices but supply them with nano fertiliser. If it works like it should the produce would be more valuable and we sell for a profit?

I hope the reason the Volz deal is taking so long to sort is that it's not just about masks but includes use in their other filter products too.

Strongly suspect P2F use their own nano particle fabrication technology(Capacity was beefed up during BRH ownership). I also think it's possible Flexotronix are still in the mix to manufacture the antiviral material from the nano-particles P2F produce. Nothing on the 2nd to go on but guesswork but they were a partner for the Innovate UK funded project and if they don't who does, Volz?

5 ply was in 'Health care in high risk' not just health care. I don't see what 4ply couldn't be used by healthcare in standard/lower risk. As you say they are better than the ones they have now.
