That bits and algos do the trading reacting to headlines. I think the institutions should club together and sue the FCA for creating a false market in insurance shares where real people lost real money because of in competence at best or criminal intent at worst . Sue he c#ap out of the FCA

As much as I gave vented my frustration with the company management abject disregard for its shareholders views I believe that for one reason or another FTO is one of the most transparent ( lol) plays on the Chinese markets. We know that China is seeking to reduce pollution and as such gas represents the key metric to achieve this. As a long term shareholder I can only hope that what I believe management's game plan is vaguely similar in which case I will continue to hold and who knows we may yet see a more shareholder friendly attitude develop as the company continues to grow. Again I have everything crossed

not counting my chickens but perhaps it is an indication that we have finally got rid of some of the stale bulls. I dont think anyone reallly has a clue of the games our management are playing and we can only hope that whatever they do wont affect us too badly. As far as China is concerned well gas expansion seems to be a priority and as such has little to do with exports or economic growth which sems to be causing the talking heads sleepless nights at the moment.we have written down our foray abroad so I guess we will just have to sit tight and hope for the best. gl

our gas company seems to be firmer too this morning so hopefully we may go up a little more

We all seem to believe that the CP are net buyers and that many on this board are long term investors and we all seem to bemoan he fact that the shares are illiquid we go from days with barely a share traded to days when millions are who is buying and who is selling. I can see mm's scalping a penny here and there but it must be small beer. If bored investors are being shaken out well so be it as in the long run it can only be good for those of us who are in this share because we somehow feel that this is a way of getting into the changing Chinese energy market.

you are right of course. the volume is unusually high. i guees i ma just a bit jaded as far as FTO goes these days no info no clarity no brokers coverage and so on. still I will continue to hold.

Theorists might conclude that the different price paths of CGH and FTO maybe deliberate ploy by mms to facilitate a working order for one of the principal shareholders

show whata lousy job the company its PR firm and the brokers are doing that a company like IGAS on AIM of all places can have the same market cap yet has never mmadde any money let alone pay a dividend. go figure
