point(s) taken. Agreed the free float is small yet shares are changing hands within the ridiculous spread offered by the market makers. Given the narrow range he shares have been trading in over the last couple of months I can only summize that it is carefull accumulation/ liquidation rather than flipping by day traders and or other types of spivs normally associated with the AIM market stocks.

do i detect a new note of frustration in your latest post? as you know I have long been frustrated by the company's unwillingness to clarify matters and as such I am no longer holding my breath. I think everything will probably come in under the minorities caption in the P&L but hey I am just a mushroom like anyone else in this share. .

playing a ridicullous game with this stock I was looking to pick up a scrap of 40k today at 9.43/share they would not let them go so at 11.25 I changed to buy at market so I got them for 9.44! what a bunch of t#ssers all that for £4 or 60p in com. no wonder this share seems to go nowhere fast

I would think it is probably more appropriate to deduce that FTO does not need the services of overpaid snotty little bankers

that is true the current value does not reflect the value of the underlying assets. the dilution is a non issue as we will be acquiring additional assets at present value. Ad for the divi who knows we might attract some strippers which will may continue to drive the price higher near term leading to a possible fall post the ex date, by then however lets hope that management has found the means to communicate its intentions clearly with the market . EGM would be a good place to start imo
