Not wishing to give P007 any credibility I too find it difficult to see why there would be a conspiracy. Maybe somebody can throw some light on it tho. That said its easy to feel that the price is being held here to lay the basis for a "knockout bid" on approval. Is it possible that some entity has sounded out Sandgrove to see what yet are prepared to take to walk away? I have long felt that the BoD has been reluctant to entertain spin offs from Icalprim preferring to stick to a narrow focus which imo can only invite a low ball offer for the company and its IP rights. In that light there will likely be and have been paid derampers whose task it is to keep a level of uncertainty overhanging this share and keep volumes low enough to facilitate control over the SP by the AT's. The truth is I have no idea and certainly hope our BoD won't accept an offer for the company which sells Iclaprim short.
