I would suggest at least they are trying something dsaf, may or may not agree with them but is the alternative we listen to more misinformation from odx whilst the latest findraise runs out, then perhaps an amalgamation of shares and another placing. You seem very defensive of odx directors or perhaps I'm reading you wrong !

I've come to the conclusion the directors at odx are the David Icke's of the business world. Have no doubt the presentation will be fantasy wish lists. Be morbid viewing i suspect.

Certainly could be a significant bear squeeze with the tens of millions of extra shares the directors have given to institutions (aka bucket shops to us mere PI's) strange the steady stream of buys over 100k shares, cant believe PI's have chosen this uncertain time to start buying more shares. I suspect manipulation of the vote is underway and who benifits if a yes vote. It becomes a murky world when these sums of money are on the table !

380k buy straight off...suspect more to come if directors and bucket shops think a no vote is coming. Bear squeeze would be justice in part for two years of company misinformation and director greed.

Manipink I'm a PI with no agenda but my own. Agree there are some dodgy characters here with motives and agendas and best doing what's best for yourself. I'm beyond angry with colin and directors as believe they have lied and schemed to line their pockets, greed got the better of them and they have no credibility with me. Just my view. Sometimes in life you have to just take a moral stand against these odx director types and I'm at that point.

Manipink....most have seen their holdings fall to such a fraction of their investment because of king and the directors there's no use pretending odx will recover through a yes vote. Having been given false promises by this mob for two years why would they suddenly tell the truth? Dont think any PI is that gullible!!

Trader couldn't agree more. Does anyone think these directors will not lie and spin everything to protect their hundreds of thousands in wages, millions they've made in option sales at the top of the market, jollies to hot climates. Where were they when PI's were looking for news on covid approvals? They've treated PI's with pure contempt for two years and ignored us. Now with a bear squeeze looming on their buddies forward sold shares, and with the bucket shops on their case, the directors suddenly want to speak to us. The directors have no shame !!!

Colin king and the current batch of directors are responsible for all of odx's troubles. Disgraceful to suggest odx PI's are somehow responsible for putting odx out of business. Voting yes is to vote for diluting current PI's into oblivion whilst protecting our new CEO and his directors wages, Dubai freebies and future option sales....please don't blame PI' for the mess this incompetent bunch of directors have caused.

One last thing....through the directors and bucket shop greed it's not just a few shares that have been forward sold its tens of millions. If it's a no vote the buy back off the open market by the bucket shops will need to be almost the entire stock of shares currently held by 'PI's....perhaps that explains the complete panick our directors appear to be in with this weeks 'stick & carrot' presentation. We've all seen it over the years, fed up PI's fighting back and creating huge bear squeezes, looks like one could be coming to odx very soon.

Agree with all that post Hawaii, no institution with any credibility would want to hold shares in this car crash company. My take is all shares have been forward sold with the directors and bucket shops laughing at how clever they were until the PI's decided enough was enough, and now there is panick it's unravelling leaving the bucket shops to buy back on the open market. Now we have to endure in my view three of the most untrustworthy directors on aim trying to save their dreadful deal, and over inflated wages/ options. How can they have their pathetic presentation this week having squandered millions of PI cash whilst paying themselves vast sums, selling their options at the top of the market, and a re entry Dubai jolly at PI expense. The fca should grow some teeth and investigate & ban this lot from financial services for life on their performance/ misinformation/ greed over the last two years. I just can't vote to allow this lot to squander more PI money on themselves whilst diluting PI's into oblivion.

Yes Woodstock it unfortunately is...made worse that the directors are trying to box PI's into a corner of do as we say or go bust. It's a horrid mess..at least on a positive for the directors they've made a killing on options and wages....well trustworthy types !

The board will not fold this company if it's a no vote. These types will squeeze as much into their bank accounts before they creep out the door. Who else but odx directors would use cash strapped bank accounts to lavish a Dubai trip on themselves and then come to pi's for more money days later. Time these chancers earned their over inflated wages and did some graft.

Or to take that further it's like a 16 year old being bought a banger by their parents who then give 16 year old all their savings so they can do it up, after teenager lies and promises they'll make it the best car in the world, and on 17th birthday idiot gives the car away then demands more money from parents to do up another banger....even as far as to demand they attend a meeting with them to outline how bad it'll be for parents if they dont get more money.
As reported here some posters have reported the directors to the fca and police.....perhaps some good will come of that.

Every post just point out how disgusting the PI's at odx have been treated by management. Ashamed this lot have been able to operate in the UK. Watch next week for the co-ordinated buying of shares to boost the yes vote....big money in this placing and dirty tricks are coming to ensure a yes vote and the greed continues.

I have never seen an aim share where members are asking others to contact the police for director fraud. Odx is the first. I've tried to support odx but I'm left with no option to conclude the directors behaviour is potentially criminal, this is based on their communications, directors selling options at the top of the market, inflated salaries and now this selling of the jewel alva to competitors and disgraceful dilution of shareholders. I'm troubled by the many millions sunk into alva and now being sold off for a pittance with allegations today that colin is taking over. I can only voice my opinion that what has happened at odx needs fully investigated by the police/ fca. To think these folk want PI's to vote for complete dilution of their holdings is disgusting. If the company is so skint why did the directors fly to Dubai at PI expense and lord it up just a few weeks back. Been taken for a ride by this lot. Hopefully an investigation into odx directors is coming !!

Alternative truth is now pouring out through todays posts about the directors at odx. I can only conclude the worst about their behaviour. I suspect next weeks director meeting has been ordered by the spivs and bucket shops as this shareholder revolt was not in their plans for making huge sums for themselves. I'm absolutely disgusted at the odx directors behaviour and don't see how they can recover this with their plans to dilute PI's into oblivion. Voting no seems the only card PI's have left.

It certainly has the appearance that something has been playing out behind the scenes with the firesale and job for colin (if true), bucketshops being paid fortunes to sort out placings and getting millions of shares at knock down prices. We as shareholders are allowed to question the behaviour and motives of our directors. It really is time the FCA looked closely at this as every day seems to bring more revelations and none of them appear above board...ive deep concerns over odx directors having read todays posts.

It's just disgusting how the odx directors were selling out whilst pumping the shareprice. Seeing a reminder of the sums they made in a post just brings home what they were upto, and now they want us to jump out a plane with them whilst they have parachutes and PI's don't.

Yes price is crashing again but nothing will make me believe a word the directors have to say or vote yes for them. Damage has already been done over the last two years with their communications, wages and option sells. It just seems to me this is all about more inflated wages rather than a credible plan to move forward. Have not heard anything from them that has restored my confidence they are looking to enhance shareholder value.

Hmmm so odx can enrich themselves on hot air and of course option sales but PI's are not to have an opinion on this. Yes on Colin's previous stuttering performance I'd like to see him on a stand defending his tweets ect...one thing it wouldn't be is pretty !!
