Jag would be better selling his worzel gummidge business attire range, than any odx products. Seems one he's a natural at based on his presentation, and the other he has a seeming lack of vision. Directors seem a laughing stock based on the past two years performance. How long can this go on ?

Was it not about 12p before their amateur fundraising plan backfired through PI revolt ? It's a mess I agree but someone else could make a success of it, just dont think our crop of duds are upto adding value.

12p still a loss for me but could walk away with lessons learned. Directors at odx are out of their depth and agree a takeover is the real option now not business growth. Selling alva I suspect was part of a takeover deal to trim it down before sale.

Surprised if this turns blue and holds but looking like it. Just get a bid in and sell the business as a going concern. Let others who know what they're doing develop its potential.

NT on Halifax over 2k shares and has been for a good bit. The games that go on. Perhaps a cheap bid is being prepared, odx is pocket money for most companies now. 10p bid might just secure it. I recon cancelling the bod pay packets would make this company profitable in one stroke.

If it keeps dropping like this a tenner will buy enough shares to call an EGM, perhaps worth it just to sack the board.

They really do appear the be the absolute worst of aim. Seemingly sulking at the owners of odx, aka shareholders. Thought colin going would have invigorated the company but jag would as well be back sleeping in his clothes in his attick for all the use he appears to have been since taking the CEO post. And what exactly does Simon do ? Seems complete collapse is not far away on the current performance/ comms.

I actually think Simon and jag would mess up turning the lights off, perhaps they would try a last fundraiser for the privilege.

What are these £200k +++ directors doing for these inflated wages.

I guess captain after the last two years of odx failure Simon & jag now appear to be the 'milli vanilli' of the aim market. Their credibility appears to be at an all time low, and really are a laughing stock by those who escaped investing in them. Doesn't help their pr is so dreadful. Can they recover in part at least, next rns update will decide that I suspect. The more time it drags on, the more the long suffering PI's will expect. Hopefully soon see what plan b is.

Agree boris and co have behaved badly but odx are in business/ competition with everyone else so they need to grow up. Are Simon, jag, colin and others really that stupid that they didnt think they needed to protect odx interests first. They had the govt by the absolute balls and made a complete mess of it. For goodness sake folk with little business experience were making millions on hand washes and protective equipment whilst the Chinese flooded the market with sub standard tests.i think the directors at odx got greedy for themselves with option sales and wages, and realised they didnt have to bother too much with the business. Believe the directors in avct also sold and made a packet and personally think Simon, jag and the rest thot I'm having a bit of that.. In effect they stopped being directors and started focussing on lining their pockets and having squandered millions of others money they are panicking the easy money is ending. See what jags next move is but suspect it'll be to protect themselves first. Easy to blame others but odx had a great opportunity which was squandered.

We were also told odx had a market leading covid test. So yes cheap rubbish can be made in China but ours were meant to have been a premium at premium price. Now we're being told Simon and jag can source them cheaper in the far east and make a profit that way. I just feel lied to whenever I listen to the two of them which is my personal view and others may feel different. But if this new strategy by Simon and jag is a winner why was millions of pi money wasted at alva if there was a cheaper way to do it. Whilst odx directors were making millions in option sales and wages I dont recall Simon and jag saying any test made at alva would be at a loss. Happy to be corrected if not reading it correctly.

Yes that's my thoughts. Simon and jag are telling odx shareholders that having spent many millions on the alva site they suddenly got a lightbulb moment and through you cannot make profit on a test in the UK. So how does it work that alva can then be sold to an outfit that can make profit from a test in the UK ? Sounds to me more likely that having squandered all of odx's cash in a disgustingly reckless manner, they were worried there would not be enough left to pay their wages. I personally don't believe what Simon and jag have said about the alva site, but open to other opinions.

Perhaps a reason coli n went, perhaps he's the fall guy. I'd have thought the company would be pulling out all the stops with pi engagement after the lesson they got taught at the placing, but seems same old with Simon and jag. Hide until forced into the open by statutory requirements.

Yes unfortunately Simon and jag appear to be acting like sulking teenagers at the moment. Highly unprofessional. Can only hope they snap out of it and get back to some sort of graft.
