Oh the odx board must be the worst on aim for taking strops and not communicating to shareholdets. . I've asked before but what does Simon do for his wage ?
Yes gdr going through the roof, great decision by shell-suit jag to sell our manufacturing base at alva whilst squandering 10 million from a 40p placing. No wonder its reported he's off to Vegas.
So if true jag has gone off to Vegas for whatever jag gets upto in Vegas, why has he not sorted out the mess Simon and himself have created at odx. Would it not show character if he came into post with all cylinders firing to restore shareholder value before splurging on himself. Would rather see the remnants of this company sold rather than this crop of dud directors flounder on. Can only hope the shell-suit directors step up this week.
If they were to be honest I suspect because our chairman and CEO have next to no shares in their own company, but take ridiculously inflated salaries then paying salaries to themselves rather than shareprice becomes the priority. Their failed fundraise protected salaries not shareprice hence it was rejected. Unless they buy into their own company I suspect their sulking and failure to be embarrassed at the fall from £1+ to 4p will continue. Guess moral is look for companies where the directors hold stock, rather than shun it which seems to happen at odx.
Yes could be right. Jag strikes me as the type who would ask for another card when on a two card 21 on the blackjack tables. Ah well another week feeding Simon and jag ridiculous wages,
I'd imagine Simon's response to his leaked placing would keep a lid on anything leaking out of odx, so don't see what else could cause this buying other than a takeover. Somethings brewing though.
Certainly a well controlled upswing ongoing. It's the reasons for it that are the question. Wouldn't be surprised to see this tick up a penny or two today if there is substance to this buying.
If true it seems the CEO would rather go to the gambling Capitol of the world with his odx wages rather than buy stock in his own company. Sums up what directors at odx think of their own company !
Think it's fair to say Simon's promise of better comms as he squirmed at the distant presentation has been another odx failure. Guess jag can pack away the board room cargo pants and self iron shirt, no update today.
Rns tomorrow, trading update, sales increase, not expecting much but a carefully worded rns would do wonders for a 3.5p stock. Huge gamble at this price but it's aim after all.
Once had 88e at 0.3p, everyone hated the management like here, then news dropped and it went over 3p or higher. Was a nice earner. Who knows, last submission day tomorrow, perhaps a nice rns to steady the ship ?
