Look at the price collapsing. These incompetent directors have lost control of the situation. How could they possibly make such a mess of this ? Anyone with a sliver of brain would have obtained a cast iron contract from the government or ignored them and pursued private ventures or both. Was the application to be a director at odx specific that only those with no business skills can apply. What a mess jag & co have created. Hopefully will have nice suntans for this afternoon after the odx credit card trip to Dubai.

Yes the directors are only here to keep their wages flowing and the spivs happy. The lot if them live in a 'magic roundabout' fantasy world where their business skills are second to none. Deluded fools that can't even understand basics like how to read a contract, but watch them beg and promise to secure their hundreds of thousands in wages, and let's not mention the options.

Problem for jag and his overpaid directors is we have listened to them for two years and been fed misinformation as the directors sucked vast sums out of the company. The chairman would have been better advising DON'T LISTEN to anything we say tomorrow. As said some comedy gold tomorrow listening to the three of them begging us to keep the ridiculous wages flowing into their pockets whilst they dilute every PI into oblivion.

Have the bucket shops forward sold ? You could buy a million at a time in one go just before the fundraising was announced. This has not happened on the last two years so why suddenly could you buy odx shares in million batches ?

Vote yes then Chris and that ensures your high % will be cut in half, but you can be happy in the knowledge your lining the directors pockets for the next year with their over inflated wages. Suppose you think that's a clear win win then

From the large trades that keep appearing could it be the bucket shops or directors are buying to sway the vote ? Some have alot to lose if it's a no vote and a bear squeeze follows.

Yes i do twatcher, ask walbrook a odx friendly question and they're right back with info, ask them something that shows the directors in a negative light they don't respond. I dont believe your figure of £2k for the odx Dubai trip and dont see where it says only one of them went. I do wonder, apart from themselves of course, who else the 'tinder swindlers' have been working for. Did they just go through the phone book to find the Chinese buyers for alva at the last minute or have they been plotting with the Chinese for many months as they sunk more millions of PI money into the Alva site. This odx story just seems more murky with each day. I certainly don't like what I'm reading on this site about their carry on.

The company dont seem to want to confirm the final bill for their Dubai trip. Have asked but no response. Suspect it was in excess of £50k at a time when jag and co are coming to PI's for more money. Will ask again at tomorrow's presentation but suspect as it's an embarrassment they will not answer.

Every post just points out how disgracefully bad and greedy jag and the rest of the directors have been. They seem devoid of decency and ability. Is it not time for these so called directors just to pull this disaster of a placing. Why keep this car crash going any longer. Do they think after the last two years of misinformation anyones now going to believe anything they say ?

Yes davde but odx have sold everyone a lemon for two years about how many covid tests they were going to produce. Nobody bought into odx pre-covid for their core revenues as you put it hence why this company was simply bouncing along the bottom. The directors then saw opportunities to line their pockets by issuing ramping tweets ect as they sold out their options. It was covid potential that brought most people here not other minor tests they struggle to sell.

And whilst Rome burns the directors at odx enjoy Dubai holidays paid by the odx credit card and keep collecting the ridiculously high wages. The 'tinder swindlers' of aim.

Is anyone else getting the view that the directors at odx have been conducting so.e sort of ponzi scheme. Lining their pockets by placings and option sales but not producing much. Their conduct is looking more dishonest with every post I read !

Yes alfred it all points to a group of low ability chancers who found they could line their pockets without seemingly doing much work. Even stuttering king got a shot at playing incompetent CEO. Problem for Jag and his hangers on is the music's stopped and the PI's have put on the lights. What we're seeing at odx is a complete mess that should be investigated by the FCA. Unfortunately jag & co are still doing the Hokey Pokey around the Alva site after all their easy wages/options.

With the price falling under 5p I suspect our new CEO and the other odx hangers on have lost all grip on reality. This is now by far the worst bunch of directors I've witnessed on aim. Actually looking forward to their comedy show on Thursday to remind me how zero talent can still line its pockets in modern day Britain.

Yes Fredd1 how do you process that king and the current crop of odx directors taking PI money by the millions to build up Alva and then sell it to the competitors for next to nothing. And this is the same c**p businessmen who will tell us why they want millions more off PI's. Roll on Thursday and their presentation, one thing that has been missing from odx is humour and I expect this presentation will be comedy gold as our three stooges try and come across as competent business people with a plan. Prepare for a belly laugh !

Unfortunately deaf I agree. The only track record this lot at odx have excelled in over two years is misinformation and self greed. They clearly have strong self interest in this money grab going through and i suspect it'll be spin to the extreme to save their huge salaries and options.

I think what is now evident is that through the actions of the odx directors over the last two years no matter if they win or lose their vote their credibility and honesty to run odx is shot to pieces. Nobody will believe a word this lot say again. I suspect this weeks presentation will leave more questions than answers.
