Sorry hes now saying top price £2m, but then what does he know?

There you have it nobody knows what the sale price will be, but at least there is a sale price. A few weeks ago I think it was said that may not get anyrhing for it. But now we have people on here saying upto £6m,another saying upto £7m,who now realises he may have made a mistake and is saying ok yes £6m.Tgere is someone on another chatboard saying£1m,£3m,£5m etc.
Nobody knows untill the amount is disclosed so you can speculate as much as you like, but simply just wait and see is the only way we will know for sure.
By the way good to see that Captain is now saying that the sale price may be upto £6million now.

Firstly good that Captain is seeing that he may have got it wrong when CD4 might not be able to be sold.
From the continuous negative posts regarding the test I think the market may have valued the test very low, but now that things have changed and we are awaiting news of the significant payment for CD4 and the royalty stream payments the market will surely change accordingly. Captains words or £7m. Should be interesting next week

Yes maybe Captains valuation will be higher next week, than his latest value,( or£7million) for sale of CD4

Trader-Addresses points on here and questions he wishes to answer. Obviously got an agenda or basically can't take his bad decisions when buying and selling shares.

No significant revenue, well £8.6million sales of H and N seems to say different,plus those sales will obviously be higher if Concentrating on H and N

The only reason people are contacting them is the persisstant posts on here and then some shareholders sell up, more fool them.
Selling parts of a company which is not making profits is not a bad thing.
Keeping parts which are profitable and Concentrating on them is good.
Health and Nutrition profits were covering the losses of the other parts.
Profitable Health and Nutrition and no losses =profit.
Sale of non profit parts to help with profitable part means no use of overdraft facility
Royalty stream payments to add to profit means more profit

I think you'll find they mentioned the overdraft to reassure shareholders as people were contacting them and posting on here that it was to be withdrawn. So confirming that the unused Overdraft facility was to be renewed was just letting everybody know

Trader-They are not desperate, they are reorganising and Concentrating on profitable part of company.

The overdraft facility is normal practice for any business, just in case what if someone doesn't pay you, you have to use what facilities are available so to have access to the use of an overdraft if needed can not be described as bad. It's only good that you may be able to continue to work

So how come they have took other companies over in the past?
Also the factory change was in the pipeline before so to say that is just wrong.
CD4 was around before covid tests.
They stopped work to help the government we were told, that part is no longer so they are dealing with CD4 and when that is sold, they will be Concentrating on profitable Health and Nutrition where sales went up from £6.8million to £8.6million, my what amount of sales will there be if they are Concentrating on H and N?
