I hold 60k of CPI,bought at an average of 37p,not loosing too much just yet.But this investigation could be long drawn out affair and the s/p will not do anything but a steady drip.Might sell up and come back when the coast is clear.
If you've got VRS in certificate form a bog roll would more than likely,, the way this is falling,, be worth more.As we all have I'm sure, been told many times by the share tipsters that if a share drops 5% get rid of half your holdings ,10% get rid of the
lot. That routine would have saved many people worry lines and stress ulcers!!!! Is the writings on the wall here,is there anyway back from the brink, the board are not telling anything to pacify our concern.
Keep on right to the end of the road.
Every morning I get up first job switch on the share page,I have a box of tissues on top of computer because one day I'm going to weep buckets full.Bought 62k of these at 38p,my investment is now worth £1,450.The left side of my brain tells me to buy more at this price,my right side tells me not to be a prat and grow up,the market certainly doesn't fancy VRS.
Are we on a slippery slope to oblivion?
Well I bought 61k of these at 38p so down a blinking lot.I could average down at these prices but I 'm going to wait a while to see if we have a sustained rise,if it gets to 4p then I'll at least double my holding,I still believe in this new material.Another share I hold is Deep verge, been averaging down with that company, today it took a right kicking because of management **** up.
I hold 690k of Okyo in Crest.
I
I bought at an average of 4.8p so down quite a bit.I do think that this company will do very well in the future.Been dabbling on the stock market for a number of years, but this is the first time I'v experienced moving the whole company dealing to the USA.Does anyone know if it's difficult to deal with the Dow ?Information will be welcomed.
Well I bought 61k of these at 38p about a year or so,I'm down £21k.My ex wife would be wee weeing herself in delight if she knew. When VRS finds it's bottom I'm really in a pickle as to whether try and get my average down or will it fold.Neillll is on gardening duty,if it was possible for him to come here,I have rockery that wants moving and a big sledge hammer. We could have him chain gang style ,make the bugger suffer as we have!!!! I bet he's out in a hot tropical Island getting a nice tan with a cooling drink saying cheers to all the suckers back home in blighty.
Been with IQE for 3 years but decided enough is enough .not any good news.Sold at a loss of £12k,over half my holding, moved it into TGR ,I think that company is very under valued .I'm a Taff , so it's with reluctance for me to get rid of my holdings here.
I've 300k in Bird bought about 3 years ago at 10p.T wo other companies I hold which with Bird were my largest investments....EQT and VRS,so there's me thinking a few day's ago that things aren't too bad,a feeling in my water that a bull market is just around the corner. What has this company got that other techs don't,all the USA contracts Ian was spouting about whats happened to those???Kindest regards Ian ,from a grumpy old sod,.
I've a book,,,,,,How to make a killing on penny shares,,,,,by Michael Walters,it's old but still true today.Acouple of his tips were never buy falling share, never sell a riser,,,and another was,if you're holding a share and it's not doing so good would you buy any more, if the answer is no,then why are you still holding on?But as far as VRS I hold 61k at 38p.One part of my brain say's get out but the stronger part tells me to average down. Our dear leader Kim Jong Rickets has done a runner, should have seen the future when he sold..
I'm hoping that were nearly there.Just bought another 50k to get my average down,it was 11.2 so when I've done my sums it will be about 9p.A lot of the experts say you should never average down,up yes down no.A lot of news just lately about state of the water in this country,so we should be gaining traction in the coming years??
While there's no news of any sort, it'll keep dropping.I bought 400k of these, must be 5/6 years ago,at 10p so I'm back to where we started. It all looked so rosy 2/3 years ago.All the investing gurus say it's very important to put a stop loss on one's shares,Michael Walters his sensible advice was ,if a share drops 5% sell half, if it's 10% get rid,but i've not listened, prat.
Recently I've been buying to get my average down,it was 52p,that's from Modern water day's.I'll buy a few more this week ,at the moment it's now down to 11p.I've still got faith in D/V ,one never knows but 12/15p by years end????Put on a happy face,.
Tongue in cheek, I wrote on here that when it gets to 2p I'll buy some more to get my 38p average down. The way things are going it might not be too far off the mark.It just doesn't make sense the constant daily drop. When I gambled on VRS the future looked rosy but it seems the wheels have fallen off.
I'm a bit dense Crocqman,re,bought VRS at 35p after selling them at 55p six months earlier, thought they can't get any
lower,,,WRONG.I watched them go all the way up to £1.80 after buying them at 18p,then watched them come down again,I'll never learn,it's called greed.
The board keeps telling us how much tonnage they're getting out of the ground, the thing is do they have buyers or is it all going into storage?I've got 90k of these at 61p,so I'm down a fair amount.I really got into graphene as it's the next best thing since sliced bread?????.Taken a right kick in the goolies though, down 400% with Vrs ,evens with Haydale . The overall stock market has been really poor the last three years or so,and I suppose it'll take quite a while to recover.
At the moment I'm down the pan by £19k,am I annoyed with myself ,most day's when I turn the computer on,the only good bit about being invested in VRS Is I'm divorced.Imagine being married to a short tempered wife and you said to her, there's a great British company heading for the stars,.What about investing all our saving into it,we can't go wrong, and they're a bargin at only £1.75 a share . And they both lived happily ever after.
