This may mean more to some of you than it does to me.

Just been thinking about it, didn't I read on one of the GDXJ threads recently that historically, we are experiencing exactly what most new positions do directly after being acquired? A drop, and then a slow recovery back up to or over the pre buy SP?
I don't know what thread it was on and I'm not going to look.
I've a small position with ARV. I've been in the red currently just turned to a gain.
They are not another GGP IMO but there are gains to be had just much riskier. They've had management problems from what I've been reading and spent millions restoring some old mining equipment which isn't yet working fully.
If they've not got the management sorted and can complete the equipment then it could come good, but pretty speculative at this stage.
I think a few new investors were spooked on Friday and clung on for dear life and they are the ones likely to sell in great relief on Monday.
But with all of the good news coming, a brand new ETF fund inclusion, new interest from major investors it would be a crazy time to sell. If you are one of those investors, don't be spooked by Friday. None of that was due to a problem with GGP, it was simply the MMs had a job to do to fill that order and they did it. The fact that they needed to resort to those lengths is testimony to the strength of GGP, so go forward without fear.
It's really just dawned on me the significance of the de-rampers that appeared here yesterday. Very obviously moles sent to plant seeds of doubt into the weaker/newer investors ahead of today's shakeup.
I've only been trading/investing for a couple of months and have seen these people all over the place but never has the relevance been so obvious. Of course, now that their job is done they've gone
I've made lots of mistakes and perhaps another today when I didn't sell a red trade and put the money into GGP .
I'm 15% down in Tonix and with the last minute spike in GGP that would have made me 3% down which could be quickly made up next week. It just goes against the grain to sell in the red when there's every chance of it coming good imminently.
Oh and the first mistake was buying Tonix in the first place.
