So one person, who has not done a particularly good job (at best), leaves and the company seems to be falling apart.
Who is getting paid for doing what??????

This company gets worse and worse and it sickens me to know that people get paid an awful lot of money for failing.

You must have been here as long as me astonvillatrader. Thought I was going to have a wealthy retirement on this but almost ended up having to do an extra couple of years work because of how badly this has performed. Unfortunately I believed all of NR's promises.

See we are already going down again after a blue start. This surely not going any further down. I see from the RNS that Mark Wilson was brought in here to turn things around and that he has achieved this? Just looked back at 2013 and the share price was 434p not far off todays price. There was a major drop in 2016 which we have just about recovered from but as an investment it it was not for the dividends this company has performed very badly considering the profile it has got. Has he really earned his millions?????

It surely can't get any worse. Or can it. I have been saying that since we were 10 times the present level

If we doubled our value that would be disastrous for most of us. W e need to improve by at least 500% for most to just get some of their money back. This is well over 90% down on when I first invested. Promise after promise, dilution after dilution and nothing seems to have changed. Feel like I have been robbed and I have lost a lot less than many on here. Everything still seems to be just around the corner, as it was 6 years ago.

Does this mean that we are now worth less than the cash we have in the bank? Not bad for a company that has enough gas to transform a Nation, enough oil to pay for Brexit and enough helium to float America off the planet. You have to laugh or cut your wrists. One or the other

The only thing causing me more annoyance than this is that I have shares in AVIVA which were supposed to be my stable backup. Not a good week so far.

If anyone says this is a good time to buy in they should be hung, drawn and quartered. This is becoming worse than my worst nightmare.Fortunately I have not committed myself too much but some here must have lost thousands and a lot based on those quoting millions, billions and trillions of potential assets.

I don't profess to know anything about what is going on here but can someone tell me why the dividends were brought forward to September. Was it because someone knew this was all going pear shaped so get the divi out whilst the price was high. If I was getting my divi now I would be getting a lot more shares and would feel happier about it?

Think the feeling is reflected in the trades. Nobody wants to sell because it will result in massive losses, particularly for LTHs. Nobody wants to buy as the company has proven to be catastrophic over the last few years and the new board has done nothing yet to change that view.

Can't argue with the figures but you also can't argue with the fact that despite the fantastic potential Solo has continued to follow a tragic downward spiral. If all the figures are correct and all of the objectives can be achieved why doesn't a big boy buy us out at twice our present market value and go on to make a fortune. There is something fishy going on.

Wonder what the definition of success is to everyone here. To those who have just invested a rise of 50% would be nice but for the LTH anything less than a 500% rise would be very disappointing as it would still reflect a 75% fall over the last 8 years of so. My first purchase here was in 2011 at 3.97p old money ( nearly 80p new) Averaging down has made it look better but this company has been disastrous for its shareholders and continues to be so

Solo has been considering all of it's options for the last 7 years and unfortunately seem to keep choosing the wrong ones. Hoping it improves now that NR is not at the head but have yet to see anything that generates expectation of great things to come.

Would be nice to know what their strategy is? How clear can it be when nobody on here seems to have a clue what is going on.

And to think that when it was at .54 old money (10.8p new money) it couldn't get any worse.The only thing that makes me feel better is that the ones who have been pushing and pushing tis share and getting people to buy in on false hopes have probably lost more than me. For this share to have any sort of credibility it needs to go up over 500% and I can't see that ever happening

And as I wrote that message I see we went down another 3.26% and to think people were bragging about being able to get in at just over 4p. We should all have learned our lesson but are living on dreams.

And that is the problem, as it has been for years. So much potential and so little happening. Could say the same for UKOG. The only difference between their message board and ours is that there are over 400 posts a day by people like us who have not really got a clue what is going to happen but feel that they can give valuable information that always leads to nothing. Just like this post.

Looks like you got it right yesterday fj when you said we can only look positively at Solo if it can hold on to its gain of yesterday. Can't remember when that last happened. Wonder how many got mugged into buying in thinking that the worst was over. Can't believe now that I took up my extra options which are now worth less than the discounted price ( if you can call %5 a discount. This share continues to disappoint as it has done for the last 7 years. Early days for the new BOD but looks like nobody of importance can have much faith that they can turn this around. Another gloomy christmas fast approaching.
