Got to admit I can't be bothered with the amount i have left in this share but I hope those who have lost more than me give them hell.

I seem to remember an EGM being called not too long ago under NR when many promises were made and nothing was achieved. Hope this is not just a PR exercise to fob off disgruntled shareholders

Can't really see the point if they say no new information will be given. I think we are all waiting for new information to justify the BOD existence.

Big move coming soon has been the basis for people to invest here for a number of years and there has been a big
move. DOWNWARDS!!! I can understand people feeling bigger about this share, not because they have made a poor investment, but by the way the BOD misled potential innvestors. Lies might be a bit stringent incompetence at best. I am in the position of point such a high percentage that there is no point in selling and kitties up 500% i might just get some of my money back. What does annoy me is those who consistently have advised people to invest in here whilst watching pitfall drastically.

So a household name has many millions / billions knocked off its value and nobody seems to want to know or give reasons for the collapse yet 2 strictly come dancing contestants kiss and it is headline news. What is the world coming to and more specifically what the hell is happening at Aviva?

All I want is for one of the management team to offer a few words of comfort to the shareholders, to stop this rot, or are they all too busy planning their obscene bonuses for christmas. We need reasons for the departure, what is being done to turn the tide and how we should progress in the future. An apology to all investors would also be appropriate at this time.

One of the reasons I bought Aviva is based on brokers recommendations. I see on share.com 11/11 brokers recommend Aviva as a strong buy with many suggesting an sp of over 600p. How can all of them get it so wrong and I wonder how much they get paid for doing so. This share is now almost out of control.

How many times has the sp had a blue day followed by 2 red days with the end result a net fall. Too many. This has gone beyond a joke.

A lot of us are trapped here like you Steve. Have lost so much that there is no point in selling. Just dreaming that some of the positive comments on here come true to recoup just a fraction of what has gone. If I was a new investor I would be quite excited about Solo but unfortunately I am in the same position as you and have lived through the appalling way that the BOD have run this company. Good luck to you and all LTHs who have remained faithful despite being treated like you are worthless. Just waiting to see what the 'Special Dividend' that NR promised will be or will that be ignored now that he has stepped down?

Getting ahead of ourselves is exactly right. First I would like to see one blue day followed by another and I don't think that has happened for years. So much promise and so much disappointment

Got an email from Aviva this week asking if I had thought of investing for my retirement and giving me various options.
I replied that I have put considerable thought into my retirement and bought a number of Aviva shares. At present I am 20% down. The email did not accept replies. They obviously want my money but not my opinion.

This is becoming an absolute disgrace. Someone needs to put out some information of what is going on. A poster recently said that markets do not like uncertainty and that is exactly what we have got. Does anyone know the real reason for the disastrous performance of late?@

With the drop in share prices since May I thought this would probably have made the news for the company facing disaster or someone having been caught doing something illegal so what is going on????? Someone resigns at very short notice, the shares plummet, having already underperformed, and nobody seems to have anything to say. Please don't try to blame Brexit.

Good question as it would appear that the only way to make money here is to buy in get your dividends and get out as quickly as you can. Have to admit I am in profit here (just) but that is all down to the dividends and for the 8 years I have been invested I would have been better putting my money in a bank account at 1%. Unfortunately that is better than a lot of investors here and for a company with a household name the return for investors has been very poor at best.

But that has been the problem. Most of us lth have thought that it will certainly go up for the last 6 years and it has spiralled downwards consistently and shows no signs of stopping.

At this rate the price will be less than when I bought in 8 years ago and I thought this was my solid foundation from which to support my more adventurous investments. How wrong I was. Hope there will be no christmas bonuses for the BOD this year as they have probably ruined christmas for many investors. But hey ho I am sure that they will get a bonus of more than my annual wage for being complete failures.
