I know what the definition of a profits warning is. My point is AML circumvent one by loading dealers full of DBX they can't sell, just to avoid warning sales aren't what Stroll promised. Remember he promised 10,000 car sales and £2bn turnover 3 years ago? What happened to that promise? He's bombastic idiot who talks loud and says nothing. He has put the company into the mess it is in, single-handedly through overruling the people with wisdom/knowledge and doing his own thing. Why bother paying huge CEO wages and exit clauses/free shares when you don't listen to them anyway>?

Everyone knows it, they are trying to unwind all the extra cars now, hence why they can't sell new models until that is done.

What will that be doing to the balance sheet?

You said you'd lose you faith in Stroll at £14, What changed your mind? Or did you go short and that's where your profit came from?

You keep on trolling me, the important thing to get right is the direction of the share price, which you have spectacularly failed at. And you have the gall to troll me, haha.

This company needs to raise cash every few months, you seem to think that's worth investing in, and just because they raise cash in a different way, makes no difference. The fundamentals are the same:

AML is a car crash of an investment, raising cash every few months to stay afloat, sales never improve no matter what models are out there (remember DBX was supposed to save the company?) debt constantly rising, dilution every year, burning cash at alarming rates, Stroll lying to shareholders promising one thing then doing the exact opposite, toying with the whole company just to give his distinctly average son a free ride in F1.

We can keep on doing this, all you do is highlight all my points and reinforce them, keeping the SP down, it's hilarious.

Remember when Stroll complained about “the God-damned debt” holding back the business?

He just increased that same debt.

I bet PIF, Geely and Merc told him where to go when he asked if they could cash raise from shareholders.

Either that, he's taking different options every time, cash raise here, more bonds there, credit line here, private placing there, just to keep the lights on.

147 new DBX in the US alone, need shifting before new model is sold.

Quadruple that for worldwide and you can see there is still loads of cars needing sold.

That's just DBX, imagine old Vantage, DB11 added to that too.

Unreal. A company losing hundreds of millions per year, paying £100m + in interest alone, trying to raise prices into a recession. Hope is not a strategy.

RR3' rated securities have characteristics consistent with securities historically recovering 51%-70% of current principal and related interest.

New bonds have a default risk of 30 - 49%.

If they can't sell many DB11s in favourable economic conditions, they won't be selling nearly as many in economic headwinds, higher interest rates, with a higher debt load to service.

I bet the last CEO was patched because he wanted prices to remain the same, but Stroll overruled him. Another error, they keep stacking up.

Raising prices into a recession, what a tool. Same as the recent debt, priced in dollars when the pound sank, and now priced in both when the pound is gaining. Does he get anything right? No wonder he collapsed Asprey and Garrard into insolvency, utterly clueless. He has too much money to have any nous. Stroll junior has too much money to have any drive, pardon the pun, wasters the lot of them!

Ask yourself this....

If sales of new models were going to plan, would AML have just paid off short term debt with long term debt?

I bet the banks pulled the credit line, why spend money creating new bonds if deposits were rolling in and there is plenty cash around?

Yeah, it might be the nail in the coffin, rising prices of the entire range when they couldn't sell enough cars before. INTO A RECESSION!

I don't see Geely being able to do much now though, they have problems of their own, and those problems are growing rapidly. Last thing they need is buying AML with more debt than their market cap.

Geely has debts of £19bn and now needs to spend heavily to keep up with other Chinese manufacturers.

Probabilities? WTF?

AML need to sell around 7,150 cars this year. They have sold 1,998 cars so far. They will need to sell 5,952 cars in H2, through an economic slowdown, high interest rates and HIGHER PRICED CARS!

There is more chance of a bus to the moon.

Debt was £385m when Stroll took over, now its around £1.3 BILLION.

That's after raising the best part of 2bn in cash over the last 5 years.
