Just bought another £5k’s worth. Re-read the 1st quarter report and with China looking to open up/boost economic activity and with Russian/US top military brass communicating for first time since Ukraine kicked off, picture looks a little less gloomy but still a lot of uncertainty out there. One thing I do feel confident in is Stroll and the teams ability to see AML’s full turnaround through but I don’t expect to see a significant change in sentiment here until 2023. If SP drifts significantly lower (not that I expect it to bar unexpected negative company or global announcements), I will by more but I feel the drop is already over done. GLA

Mercedes benefitted by navigating supply chain issues and focusing on higher end car sales delivering more profit due to increasing prices passed on from increasing production costs. Nice to see ‘Big Brother’ smashed it and bodes well for AML IMO given they’re all about high end car production and sales. May have to top up here :-)

Morning all. Great to see the SP pushing back up in a nice consistent and controlled manner. But gutted I didn’t top up in the 7-800 range as was keeping the last 10k in my ISA for ‘doomsday’ but hopefully we won’t see that here or anywhere else. Still have my core £15k holding here and whilst down on paper around 15/20% still, very comfortable as a LTH. GLA

Just sit back and enjoy the ride. All the right noises still being made by Stroll and Moers and AML truly starting to show its intent to become the worlds leading luxury auto marque in a fashion like no other. The DBX 707 is simply stunning in all respects and the rich and famous will be falling over themselves to get their hands on one as it’s a true status symbol - it’s the fastest of its kind in the world and the best looking. Stroll still hasn’t put a foot wrong IMO and has delivered (if not over achieved given the turmoil Covid has caused last 2 years) every step of the way. I have every conviction that we’ll be back up above £20 and beyond within the next 12-24 months so long as no further significant negative events impact the world globally.

Director buys, chortle. Like they worked last time.
If Merc are selling, nothing will stop the slide.

Yes we have had a reduction in share price over last few months, but IMO this will rise again, good fundamentals in place. Stroll has done a good job in turning this old rusty ship around, takes a bit of time but he knows his business and has a good track record and team around him. Sales are increasing and we have more to offer.
C2645sg chill out a bit; extremely negative on Stroll. Surprised you haven’t blamed Stroll for the new COVID variant! Try and look at the positives, life will be far more enjoyable ;)

New to trading, bought in at 44p so really exciting! Two questions:

1. Do you think this could hit a £1 by the end of the year?
2. If it say hits £1 and I press Sell on 212 Trading, do they have to accept that and I get my money or technically wait for someone to buy my shares. Sorry if sounds silly, very new to trading!

I'd argue if billy bigballs comes on to a free BB saying he has bought £500k shares, after ramping another couple of companies who went bust, they need picking apart.

Merc's tie-in is only 365 days from their free shares hitting the market, which was late 2020.
I wonder if they are selling now?
