Anyone who is a cynical could give a good reason why FID was announced at market highs.

So much bull spouted here. Easy money for all those supposedly long-term Israeli investors who ploughed in at 53p no?

Congrats to RKH on getting funding. Not surprised the share price has not reacted to the news. Unlike all the rampers here it was pretty obvious there would be sellers by those sitting on huge gains. Millions of 53p placings maybe still sitting on the books to offload.

Waiting until after the FI elections is the only reason I can see for Navitas to reasonably withhold FID. All other reasons would not be good IMO. Eg Oil price or funding probs. IMO

There could be many possible reasons why FID doesn't happen in 2025. Some minor hiccups some possibly catastrophic. DYOR

No FID in 2025 is very bad news for RKH IMO

Black_stuff there could be a huge tidal wave of shares on offer as placing shares become tradeable upon FID. Easy profit made for those 100m odd placing shares. IMO. Let's see.

Overs, I wouldn't even be surprised to see another RNS saying that project costs have risen and the banks require additional equity.

I'm still not convinced Navitas will get funding for the project. Secondly I could envisage a share price retreat on any FID as placing participants sell for an easy profit. Millions of shares could flood the market shortly after any FID RNS. AIMO

Harbour will look cheap if RKH goes above £1 on FID. RKH FID possibly almost all priced in especially when the warrants are priced in the 80's ???

ConservativeYank, Ilika keep kicking timescales down the road. It's time for show me the money. I want to see Ilika release specs for their 10A cells. If as someone stated they are well north of 300Wh/kg then it will be game on I would imagine. Watching and waiting for specs and to see if share price can breakout above 50p

Do we know the power density of Ilika's EV rivals batteries ? BYD , CATL, Panasonic ???

Nobody is going to be shorting huge sums (18m) before "news flow is expected."

Santos1, I'm pretty sure forward selling shares in a placing is rife if not illegal on AIM stocks. I do agree however that nobody is going to be shorting huge sums (18m) before "news flow is expected."

The 18m trade would appear to be a negotiated settlement between buyer and seller. IMO
