Nice to see you are still alive, after exiting ''the mine''. I finally left at £2.37.. but bought 30K more than original holding at £1.80. just as it was rising. Therefore, waited a decade to cut my losses to 6K. Hope you are having more luck in your present ventures. I put all my money into Vod , cos it's boring and keeps paying a divi. No more AIM shares for me.
Fair comment. However it's the exception that makes the rule. The other side of the coin is , Arpu from the Simpsons is now being deemed racist. That's the problem with the '';;Liberal elite ''. Give them an inch and they take a mile. Schools implementing no skirt policy to satisfy tranvestites , oh sorry, transgender pupils
The fact that this is only your 3rd post , it carries more gravitas than constant drivel posted on here , not daily , but hourly by vacuos cretins whom nobody gave them the right to be arbiters of the other opinions on this board other than their own. Well done. Tick VG
Do not allow the likes of deadcat corrupt this board. By responding you only encourage more nonsense, which has made the Lloyds site a bloody shambles. Neither side of the Brexit argument will change their views, so let's just let it happen and get a backbone and fight the good fight to make the best of it.
No more than they have anything to do with Lloyds. You are so filled with your misplaced hubris, do you really think that we give any credence to your nearly 2000 posts. Furthermore, I was replying to Oxo. Regarding EU having no influence on Spain, you are kidding yourself, the EU has been bribing Spain since 2008. One example is 2 billion euros was sent to Andalucia for infrastructure improvements, never saw the light of day. Where does the EU find this money from, not us of course. Get a grip man, if that is what you think. You are the expert on Remain, I think I have the edge on you regarding Spain. The problem with you is you have an opinion on every topic, especially the ones you no nothing about.
The upside down ? mark was what made me think it was Spanish, like everything ele in this country ( Spain ). Although life will become more difficult for me here, I still feel Brexit is the right thing to do. This is because I see our money ( UK ) wasted here every day. One example, among many, is that every one dog town and village has a town hall and police station. Think of the cost of buildings , salaries and pension for this top heavy local authority employment. To make matters worse is if they make a mistake, you have to fix it for them, incompetent Neanderthals. UK unfortunately is the opposite , can't see any cops on the beat, only sitting in German cars on money raising missions.
It appears that those against Brexit have a myopic view. Has being a member of the EU been so bloody wonderful that the thought of losing our 10 billion rebate , which we have paid 20 billion for so terrifying. The cost of leaving is , I admit exorbitant , but it does come to an end. Whereas staying in we continue to pay ever more for eternity and all that comes with it, overcrowding, loss of town and village identity, tribal warfare in the cities. I fear that much more than taking a chance of changing things and exporting around the world all the things we don't make anymore. It won't be easy, but for God's sake get a backbone you remoaning wimps.
Once again you have given a measured view, a rare commodity on this board. It saddens me that the young are supposedly remainers. If so, it is because they have no benchmark to compare to how the older generation knew what England was as a social society. None of this is helped by the majority of the media purveying the remain view. When I turn on the TV for news I think I have faulty reception and tuned into Nigerian TV. Hardly any, if any , adverts are free from this situation either. It is also no coincidence that we need 3 million new homes, a strangely similar number to those extra 'visitors' , that's only the number we know about.
Try Lloyds , their site never mentions business , Brexit, Italy etc. The PC brigade have deemed that snow and flakes put together are offensive. Glad I left years ago, the whole country has lost the plot. But at least you now know that the deleted bit was not anything beginning with B or W etc.
Could you be a risen from the dead Farmer, from the old 10p Emed days. The days of Smiler, SNG etc. I lost touch with you many moons ago. your lyrical missives have a familiar ring to them. Please confirm or deny at your convenience, ( not your WC ) . Me aka Mepobre
So my spin on this is a lot of people have driven the price down, so average holding at 1,95. Based on that the price will not excede 204 prior to xd. They will sell out circa 204 and take their divi early. My choices have been taken away, so I may as well stay in for the divi and the usual price drop and wait for things to settle.
after having a dream, ( nightmare ), that Voda screen in red at 1.74. Looks like I will be a captive audience for the foreseeable future, until it gets above 2 again. about 8 years ago I was caught in the same trap, until the Viacom deal.
