The RNS to confirm merger etc will more than likely land this afternoon. Regardless, rns or no rns, which to be fair I don't believe 80m have a duty to even post it's clear with the US updates on the merger along with our CEO sitting on the BOD the involvement 80m was in jameson is huge.

The recent interview confirms greenland energy should have the tests done and starting to pump oil by September. The potential of Jameson is HUGE.

Anything sub 1.6 is an absolute steal IMO, I've done many many hours of research and I'm confident we are all sitting on an absolute gold mine and a history changing share.

Netflix attending greenland along with greenland energy to document the journey, this isn't going to be global news it's going to be WORLD HISTORY.

1st of all a buyout is not an option.

Secondly, if it was , this is GREAT NEWS FOR 80M. Buyout would only take place after drilling , land will be re valued and then be sold at current price. With the potential of 2 BILLION barrels a day 80ms 30% stakes of that land would be 10x current marketcap.

Very nice little update from ECR this morning that the market might be overlooking.

ECR retains a royalty of up to A$2m over the Avoca and Timor licences in Victoria, and importantly it costs the company nothing to maintain. With the Timor project now moving to a new owner who will likely want to advance it, that royalty suddenly looks very interesting.

Remember this is A$1 per oz on resources defined and A$1 per oz on gold produced, capped at A$2m. If exploration progresses and ounces start getting defined, ECR gets paid without spending a penny.

For a company sitting around a £9m market cap, a potential £1m+ royalty stream from a legacy asset is not something to ignore.

Free carry upside + strong gold market + active new project owner = serious optionality here.

Big update tied to 80 Mile PLC this morning.

Pelican Acquisition Corporation just confirmed the merger with Greenland Exploration Limited and March GL Company goes to a shareholder vote March 17.

If approved, the new company Greenland Energy Company lists on the Nasdaq Stock Market as GLND.

Worth noting — March GL is funding 100% of the first two wells in the Jameson Basin to earn up to 70%, leaving 80 Mile carried for 30%.

They’ve also just brought in a 25-year BP veteran as CFO ahead of listing.

Nasdaq listing + funded drilling in 2026.

Feels like the pieces are starting to line up here.

Latest filing looks big for 80M.

Merus Global Investments, LLC has just filed a 13G showing they now own 5.3% of Pelican Acquisition Corporation (633,558 shares).

Funds don’t file these unless they’ve crossed the 5% mark… so they’ve clearly been building this quietly.
