I get what you’re saying, but I think you’re underplaying this. Passing investors care about one thing: production and cash coming in. This RNS moves ECR from “hope one day” to near term mining. Phase 1 alone is 938oz which is about £3.4m at current gold price, and that’s using conservative numbers and only the starter area.

At 11m mcap the market is hardly giving Raglan any credit yet. Once first gold is produced and they show costs, even a move to 15–18m mcap is 35–65% upside short term. That’s before side creeks, deeper gravels or any expansion gets priced in.

Not saying it’s risk free, but this is exactly how these rerates start and people usually only notice after the first proper production RNS drops.
