But why I have a sneaky suspicion that any good news will come with a dilution is

2. At the AGM JA said a dilution at these prices don't make sense.

However at a certain price (which he mentioned and I won't mention) he kind of implied that will be a different story.

So if the farm out approval, rig approval and so on on the President's desk is approved and JA believes that will push the SP above the said price he might throw in a dilution.

AGAIN THESE ARE JUST MY THOUGHTS/SUSPICIOUS.

Will either be taking my moderate profits and seeling out by Friday OR JA will release the RNS that will make this SP 🚀.

All I have seen is attempts at pumping the Share price based on inflated news and false promises.

It keeps getting to my exit price and pulls back just shy of.

The rig is need for fourth quarter drills.(Oct -Dec).

By next week we will have only August and September.

They need time for preparation of the rig, site etc which JA said at the AGM takes about 2 weeks ( if I remember correctly).

Then the drilling takes about 3 weeks (again correct me if I am wrong)

So that is a really tight time.

If the RNS doesn't come out this week then I will begin to look towards a sell as I believe we will soon be hearing of a delay to the sign off hence drilling won't be happening this year.

Which will collapse the SP in the short term.

However out situation is Unique - ish.

We are taking advantage of a rig that is already assigned a task in the 4th quarter that means cheaper which saves us money especially for a small company. That reduces the fear of dilution and hence helps the SP.

2. There is a backstop -because we know that the drill is need in the 4th quarter for another task then we now know that there is a time frame not the open ended "we are trying to secure a rig".

However if the sign off does come through SP will drop like a lead balloon.

Saying be patient is not enough we need someone in Cameroon banging on doors and explaining the urgency.

We have a window of opportunity to drill with the rig that already has an assignment for the 4th quarter.

If there is no sign off then we will iss the opportunity to drill this year.

That will be a disaster for the share price as we will end up having to wait again for rigs at a more expensive price.

JA and the president both need to pull their fingers out and get his over the line.

The stock market is build on trust and integrity.

Investors have to trust the captain of the ship and if it is seen that they are deceptive/manipulative then they will walk away.

Even if they put out the most positive sounding news.

It all means nothing if no one trusts you.
