All these without a dilution will definitely get the SP way higher up.

When I look at this company in the cold light of day, all I see is foul play.

Pump and dilute.

First of all, you can’t have seriously given a deadline of 31/12/2024 for a farm-out if, six months later, there is still no farm-out. That tells me you were never close to a deal and should NEVER have given that deadline. And after the pump, you followed up not with a farm-out but with a dilution.

Secondly, having destroyed your reputation, you are now using the reputation of others to pump the SP. Enter Callum Baxter and Havieron. I keep seeing these names dropped every two minutes. I ask myself: what exactly is Baxter being paid for? To dig for gold, or has he just licensed out his reputation to be used for a fee?

Well, referring to Havieron is free, so no fee needed.

Next is what I call the “pay-for-play” articles. Again, since the reputation of the CEO is in tatters, I suspect he is now paying for placed “news” articles and/or “analyst coverage” to pump the SP. Same old play, but with new faces.

There has been a lot of hype, noise, false promises, tweets, raised expectations, and implications of great things to come.

But most importantly: no RNS or concrete actions.

All this leads me to feel that there is going to be a placing, not any farm-out, next.

No disagreement with your analysis. Also glad that you point out what is your opinion/assumptions.

However, you left out the fact that there is a window of opportunity to drill before the rig is required elsewhere. That is the key risk right now to the SP. ie if the window is missed and all the consequences of that.

So my call to sell and look for a lower entry was right.

The signs off MAY not come IN TIME for the drill this year.

And that will crash the SP in the SHORT TERM. That is what sellers are banking on and hoping for a lower re entry.

Why it won't come quickly enough? Because it has not already.
