Borr only have 4 rigs assigned to Africa. I take it as a certainty that it's for TRP. It also makes sense of the placings. TRP must have already paid some upfront costs in Borr to get the rig moving.

I expect TRP to RNS soon about this. It's either Vali or Var. Not other rigs are available. I believe it to be Vali but it has to be one of the above.

I don't need to engage with morons on this board - yes, I was wrong. Borr's plans seemed to have changed at the last minute. Unexpected perhaps. Borr had clearly originally intended for Vali to be used by TRP. Now it's not even going to Africa. Some folks here are absolute tools. This will come good but we are looking at Jan now. JA isn't quick with close the deal tbh.

Sometimes its good to look back at the people who were so confident in their "knowledge" of the rig and just laugh.

The context is that if we do not get the sign off soon then we will kot be able to drill this year as the rig is already booked for the 4th quarter.

Yes the licence extension, rig approval and farm out may eventually be signed off but in the short term the SP will crash. So will always buy back in lower.

Any delay will crash the SP IN THE SHORT TERM.

Also the fact is all those who claim to have been at the AGM have not denied the possibility of dilution in the future subject to how well the price rises.

So again I ask if the Rig and farm out approval seriously boosts the SP like me expect then doesn't that make a dilution more likely?

So just to be clear @Secretsquirrel you are not denying that at a higher SP a dilution is possible OR more palatable to JA?

Now if the rig and farm out are both approved so you think that will put rockets boosters under the Share price?
