1. 18 December 2023 – Rig contract and proposed subscription

Tower announced the contract with Borr Drilling Limited for the jack-up rig Norve on the Thali licence (Cameroon) and simultaneously announced a proposed subscription to raise ~£600,000.

2. 16 October 2024 – Cameroon Farm-out Update & Placing

Tower announced an update on the farm-out process for the Thali PSC and simultaneously announced a placing to raise £1,188,500.

3. 10 January 2025 – Transformational Farm-out Agreements

Tower announced two farm-out agreements with Prime Global Energies Limited (Cameroon + Namibia). In the announcement, the company said that as part of the arrangements, there would be issues of new shares to a major shareholder (Pegasus) and modifications to agreements.

Announces a contract along with a diLOOTion and then the contract falls through, so it is really just a diLOOTion.

1. 7 Dec 2018 — Topaz Driller (Vantage) — firm contract

Signed to drill NJOM-3 in Q2 2019; later released when Tower switched to another rig option.

Intended to replace Topaz; did not proceed to drilling.

3. 17–18 Dec 2023 — Norve (Borr Drilling) — firm contract

Executed for a 2024 NJOM-3 well; not drilled and later superseded by the 2025 ADES plan.

4. 9–10 Jun 2025 — Admarine 510 (ADES) — Letter of Award

LoA issued (subject to contract/approvals) to drill NJOM-3, then expected in Q4 2025.

He "signs a contract" uses that to sweeten a diLOOTion and then nothing happens.

Cameroon Drilling Contract for the proposed NJOM-3 well

Tower Resources plc (the "Company" or "Tower" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM listed oil and gas company with its focus on Africa, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tower Resources Cameroon S.A, has signed a contract with Vantage Drilling International ("Vantage") for the Topaz Driller jack-up rig ("Topaz Driller") to provide drilling operations for the NJOM-3 well which is planned for Tower's 100% owned and operated Thali licence, offshore Cameroon, in Q2 2019.

From Q4 2025 to Q1 2026.... It is just a continuation of his delay tactics while diLOOTing shareholders away.

Nothing is happening just the post being moved.

Keep up with the desperation. It has not happened in 10 years. Oh and by the way it is now Q1 2026.

As always with JA promises Jam tomorrow.

But keeps diLOOTing everyone.

All those who bought the diLOOTion dip last week even those who claimed to have "bought more", "topped up" I bet you are feeling silly this morning.
