Marty it’s a tough one. I’ve been in the same position although I have managed to transfer over half by buying in ISA and then selling the same amount in my shared account. Be warned though, I don’t think it will allow you to sell and transfer the money straight away into ISA. You may have to wait 2/3 days before it clears. If that’s the case you could miss out if the RNS lands! Safest option would be to buy in ISA and sell same amount in shares account. I have done that in the past but ended up with not selling any lol
Very frustrating right now! We had little or no news and share price was up around 30. Now we have news upon news and we seem to be going lower and lower. Just shows how f upped shares are. Nothing to do with the actual worth of a company rather it’s manipulation or sentiment.
Still puzzles me on why ROWKA left? You would have thought with all his positivity and knowledge he would be here till the end to say ‘I told you so’. Hope he turns out to be right and wasn’t just saying it to ramp the share price up to make quick money. Although coincidentally the share price could actually be worth that anyway and credit goes to Rowka lol
Thanks Dancesca. That link puts it all into perspective. We are literally sitting on a rocket ready to blast off at any point. If in doubt please follow the link and see what glorious opportunity we have in our hands. Hold tight. GLA.
The battery industry is just getting bigger and bigger. The demand is real….
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-57666008
Extract from bbc website:
By industry estimates, the UK is currently on course to have less than a tenth of the battery production capacity of Germany by 2025. From 2024, under the terms of the UK-EU Brexit deal, the percentage of components required to be sourced within the UK or EU begins to rise if UK-assembled cars are to avoid tariffs when exported to the EU - where most Nissans are sold. If you don't have a battery industry, you won't have a car industry.
Predicting a deadline when we have no clue just adds fuel to the impatient. It is what it is. Will happen when all ducks are lined up. When will that happen? Who knows. I certainly wouldn’t say 12th July. Just keeping it real.
Insert coin - or insert brain. The traditional PGM regions struggling with various challenges including underground mine floods and limited electricity supply on the other hand
How is that a deramp? It goes to show that we are in a strong position if our competitors are struggling!
Does a lower share price help the BOD? The dividend can then then be significant in comparison to a share price in its teens. Late 20’s looks a long way from here without further ‘significant’ news.
That’s one joint venture in the making already. Just goes to show there’s been a lot of work ongoing in the background alongside the sale process. Excellent strategy and goes to show BOD are delivering on what they said. Positive news.
