Member Info for Buy-Sell

Please forgive me, but I struggle to understand these Holding(s) in Company RNS announcements.

Goldman Sachs have bought a few Cineworld shares.......yes? Over 5% since last position and are now at approximately 6.5%?

Are they lending these shares for short positions, as it say ‘Lending’ with the figure of 3.28% attached twice?

Are they short positions being closed?

There are a lot of CFDs listed at varying degrees in percentage adding up to 2.75%...What are these?

If anybody can spare their time to help out with these questions, it would be very much appreciated.

Peel Hunt and others have held that opinion since back in June. I hope that one day they will be right, but as yet........no where near! I invested back in June, and just watched it fall and fall and fall. I have kept faith though, used the lower price to averaged down and I am confident it will rise. Everyone must do their own research, then cross everything and hope for a bit of luck. With that said.....Good luck to all invested in CINE.

I have certainly done a lot of thinking about what to do with my investment in Kefi, I have invested an amount I am happy with for now, as regards my level of risk/reward (everyone is different). But if financing is secured, well that’s different and I would be prepared to invest further and as quickly as possible. My view, is that if financing is secured, then it would be wise to be at the table to get your piece of the pie (so to speak) and to remain invested for the longer term....Gold coming out the ground from Tulu Kapi and then seeing what transpired from the Saudi mining opportunities.

I like Harry, he and the rest of the BOD seem to want to get this going and soon....I know that for some of you on here, soon has been coming since 2013 (maybe earlier) and you need to be commended and rewarded for your patience. Hopefully within the next 6 weeks.

It’s nice to join the chat on here and not just sit back reading, though it will mostly be reading, as I do not have anywhere near the knowledge or experience you guys have. Especially subject knowledge (Mining).

This is certainly an interesting board and I have been reading it in the background for the last 4 months. Which is the length of time I have been investing into stocks n shares, though I have been doing lots of reading and research before hand. I have a very steep learning curve, but I am getting there. A lot of you guys on her and other boards have helped me greatly with your post (when you’re not bickering like kids haha).

If you are wondering, yes, I am invested into Kefi (13/07) and then topped up again as 2p was broken and I am very nicely in profit. I came across Kefi from an RNS I noticed back in May(?), but the spread scared me off and it was under 1p then (kicking myself now. It was reading these boards that made me think that the risk was worth the reward and it has been. The subject knowledge you guys/girls have on here is impressive and it has been really helpful for the likes of myself. So I would just like to thank you all (even old smelly haha).

Fingers crossed for a great RNS on Saudi and for finance to come through. GLA

If your answer is “ME”, the all you need to do is hold onto your shares in CINE (even buy more) and you will see growth and an every increasing profit going forward.

Hi all.

This is my first post on here after months of just reading in the background. I am new to investing and have learnt a lot for this and other boards from shares I have. I bought into Cine back in June (My 2nd ever trade) and have kept the faith in this stock since (ignoring de-rampers/shorters) and I have taken the opportunity to average down (hopefully the right thing to do).

I really don’t understand the bickering on here, what’s the point??? Also, like someone else said....... don’t rise to the de-rampers ramblings and giving them the satisfaction of replying to their nonsense.

Hold Hold Hold.... that is my plan. I will not be scared into selling by someone’s words. I have done my own research and I believe from October that we will be in a good place.

Just my opinion.
