I forgot when the webinar Harry said he was doing is being held, was the 26th? Roughly 3 weeks time anyway. Someone suggested the timing of this, was so that Harry could bask in the glory of finally getting TK done. And someone else (PE ?) said it was for the fund raise and that Edison’s recent rehash report of all the positive financial information was to raise awareness for said fund raise.

Who will be right? Not long now and we will have our answer and hopefully it is NOT the latter.

If there is no finance for TK and we just have more delays and fund raise... let’s all become KEFI bashers

Cineworld acquired all this debt through expansion over the last decade. Put Covid-19 to one side and the business is a successful one, with lots of profit to divy out to its shareholders.

Once Cineworld has negotiated the debt with the syndicate of banks through FTI consulting, we will know what the future will look like for Cineworld.

Who knows what will happen???????

If you can afford to hold, then hold. Just hold.

If you can’t lose the money, then you should never have invested it. That’s just me saying how it is. I only ever invest what I can afford to lose. I’m no big time invested, but I’ve never sold at a loss....yet. I have always made money. I am sure Cineworld will come back. Just research mookys moves and read his interviews and make your decision from your own research....not from anything me or anybody else on these BBS post.

I’m sure you know what goes on in BB, lots of squabbling, name calling, ramping, de-ramping and occasionally some decent posts that are actually about KEFI.

Let’s hope you have timed your buy in perfectly and we all see a nice steady SP rise from now on, with TK financing in place.

If you bought the same quantity/volume of shares, then.....

Say you bought 100 shares at 15.66p total cost = 1566p
Then you bought 100 shares at 10p total cost = 1000p

1566+1000 = 2566p (total investment)

Now you have 200 shares.

2566 / 200 = 12.83p ( average cost of each share )

So 12.83p is what you have averaged down to for your investment in that share and once that share goes above this price per share, you will start being in profit ......minus any commission charges you may need to pay ( always include the commission )

Crumpets is spot on in my opinion.

People comment on how we are extremely undervalued, comparing us to AMC with share price and how we should have a recovery just like theirs. If only we had...we’d all be rich.

Most articles have been stating how cinemas are running at 20-25% from this time last year and revenues will reflect that. If that is so, then this time last year, our share price was approximately 230p...so a simple calculation of 20-25% of that would place our share price at 46-57.50p.

So we are about where we should be if these estimates are correct.

Hopefully tomorrow mornings RNS will paint a better picture on revenues and talk up the negotiated rentals and debt arrangements. Thus causing the spike crumpets mentioned.

I have noticed the spread on us ranges throughout the day.... 1% - 10% regularly. Now as low as 0.35% eh?

I’m in for as much as I am willing to invest here at the moment. I may end up looking back thinking I wish I had. But hey ho. GLA

I’ve not really looked into CFDs a great deal, I’ve only been investing for 3-4 months and accumulated some knowledge over a few months, before throwing any real money in. So still have a lot to learn.
