I'm hoping that T/O will be in excess of £8m, but more importantly to my mind is that the loss is reduced despite the investments that the company have made in the business.
On the basis that the figures to be released are up to the end of March 2018, I think that H1 of the current year will be far more telling. Especially as the inks business came late in the last year.

I've just checked on the company's website (shareholder documents). A 10 for1 consolidation on 7th August. I suppose it makes sense in view of the large number of shares in issue.

Looking at the Rns again, makes me think the were sorting their Isa's out.

I've checked with a friend who runs a renewables business and his conclusion is that this would be for domestic use.

I've re-read the initial rns and if I understand it correctly the second tranche is dependant on "further commercial agreements"
To my mind everything is very positive.
Interesting also that the spread has narrowed but the bid price is fairly constant

If the Chinese company is going to invest, does this mean a new issue of shares to enable that, OR, are shares been taken out of the market to facilitate that investment?

You could well be right chilting. This rise has been steady, but also on low volumes. I would think that if the Chinese deal goes through, there will be no need for a fundraise. It should de-risk things considerably.

the spread that is displayed has been strange for the last week or so. This morning I'm quoted 15.3 on the bid and 15.7 on the offer from HL. Does anyone have a view on the slow but steady rise? Not that I'm grumbling LOL

No apology needed tinopener , I just hope that people don't get suckered into thinking that any company mentioning graphene is a runner. Without research people will. People get excited by Talga etc, and whilst some of these may come good in whatever field they operate in, I firmly believe that VRS are the only ones capable of few layer graphene, Once the ISO standards are set I think there will be a shakeout.

Haydale do not produce graphene to the best of my knowledge. Have a look at the Mike Brenner report over on advfn, it will save you hours of research!! Also superg over there is a walking, talking, graphene font of knowledge.
