Private investors do not want to be shot whilst the BOD play games, they are killing the company due to the inept business decisions. it's simple to do maths when the loan will cost you chunks of the business!!!

Private investors need to get together and take action here. A good lawyer and take them to task.

I tell you what, give us a loan and well hand you a large chunk of the company for free. shares at 5p before loan but you can buy for 0.40.. great deal!!!!!!!!!

They are giving the company away for nothing. The CLN is being given the shares on the cheap for a reason.....

the company paid back early loan repayments and then goes for a loan!!!!
