The stupid thing is they were the majority holder at the time of the deal. The whole of the Eqtec board who signed the deal off must have deceived Ebioss. They should remove the whole of eqtec board and take them to court. someone at eqtec must be taking a massive massive backhanded here!! it is absolutely criminal.
