The OTC listing will happen I believe and it may even give a brief window of opportunity to some on this side of the pond to exit at the expense of the Yanks - so hooray for us. But I believe that even they will eventually see through this "business" and give it a wide berth. The disconnect between the promises/jam and the actualité is just too wide a chasm to bridge and no amount of make believe is going to change that. We will then have the inevitable race between time and money, and as we all know with this share, time always seem to win as the begging bowl comes out again.

It has taken me this long for my flabbered ghast to subside and to arrange a change of trousers. Whilst the usual company shills crow about the stupendous £36k of sales from all things tincturables, vapeables (stillbirthed), smokeables, spreadables and cheweables the investors cast their eyes on the "real" financial which continue to point to the begging bowl in the not too distant futures.
The minimum running costs of the company will require a manyfold (a 138X increase from all things CBD) increase in sales to break even. They also allude to the fact that those costs may well increase!
They are already telling you, in the usual roundabout way, that production from Denver may be declining at more than a "linear fashion" - so read parabolic then. In fact the natural resources are looking so enticing that the architect of the whole scheme, Mr "Tipping point", has not put in an offer thus far! How very odd!

So for those expecting an apology I offer my sincerest apology - for not apologising!

I suspect the MM's have been trying to get cheap shares since 40p and they will not stop until they have collected cheap shares all the way to 0p! The bloody scoundrels! Grrr!!!

Maybe potential buyers look at the company's past, its financial statements, its balance sheet and cashflow, its board, its prospects, its history, then look here for the farcical projections of the resident loons and then decide to give it a wide berth.

The thing is STILL trading at a circa 6m market cap based on hot air with a distinct possibility of another begging bowl pass around. I suspect the billionaires will be conspicuously absent.

I also note with some amusement that as teamBHcompanyshill and OneStrangeanddecidedlyunhingedGuy postings become ever more desperate so the price sinks lower. I would not be surprised in the least if NT has fired off an email to teamBHcompanyshill to desist lest the price drops to below the fundraising target. Ooops.

I hope the forthcoming update will address the questions that most investors would like an answer to (BH could you have a word in NT's shell-like as you seem to be in correspondence with him):
1)What have been the quantum of sales to date by category and region?
2)What is the quantum of stock you are currently holding - by category?
3)How much of the $500k drawdown has been spent?
4)Have all "unexpected" liabilities and bills been expunged?
5)Are there still bills/invoices, bot the unexpected and expected variety, still outstanding?
6)How much has been sold to Integumen?
7)What is the quantum of total sales in the UK?
8)How are the talks with "major UK retailers" progressing?
9)Has any of the sums raised from the billionaires been spent?
10)How are the sales talk s for the natural resources "assets" progressing?
11)Can you give an intimation of the price for the sale of those assets?
12)If the sale of the assets is going to be a prolonged process will you require additional funding? And if so how much will that be? And when? And at what price will you raise money?
13)Are you still on speaking terms with the billionaires?
14)What is the current monthly cash running cost of the business?

Please feel free to add to that list of questions which I am sure the BOD would love to address.
