Massive buying going through. T/O???
trill,
Agreed. It's worth millions.
Sheesh!
Read the entire results again and one suspects that Finncap's 2020 estimates may be a trifle shy.
trill,
Maybe this may be a clue:
"it is likely that the net future capital contribution to the Company from its natural resources portfolio may be limited in the absence of any potential upside from the earlier stage projects."
WofW, Alas that is not how it works. The value ascribed to the assets are the cumulative historical cost of the assets or the "book value" of the assets which differs markedly from the "market value" of an asset - the difference between the two is then note in the P&L account as either a profit or loss on disposal of the asset. Usually the latter and very rarely the former. NT has intimated as much in the RNS.
OneStrangeGuy,
I am invested here after reading your numerous projections which were so enticing that I needed a change of trousers. I was also persuaded to buy by the sterling work of BS15, BH, HopelessDave et al.
"In recent weeks the Company has received a number of invoices for work done in its natural resources business, primarily by external consultants and legal advisers. Following the implementation of its new strategy, these costs will not be repeated. The Company has also increased inventories at Zoetic ahead of several significant presentations to potential customers. Should these meetings be successful, it is imperative that Zoetic is in a position to fulfil orders quickly. Consequently, the Board resolved to draw down in full the $500,000 bank facility. This satisfies these temporarily higher costs whilst preserving the funds raised in the placing on 19 August for future expansion and ongoing operations. It is expected that any sale of the natural resources assets will generate sufficient surplus funds (after taking into account the liabilities above) to repay the bank facility."
Seems pretty clear how much they will raise from the eventual sale. For those who can read between the lines.
More than $500k. I suspect not much more.
OneStrangeGuy - no it won't.
Just imagine if NT put as much effort into the business as he does with these incessant "interviews".
The last half hour is always fun when the twitter crew are on a P&D ruse - good to play match the trade to see won and who lost - also to see who's trapped.
Sorry, that should be "long term invested".
They raised the money they did not need because billionaires thrust it onto them.
Which they were going to use immediately.
Which they then didn't.
They then had some "unexpected" bills which needed paying pronto. For which they drew down a $500k facility.
Which has left them with the money that they raised that were not needed which they used immediately which was not used immediately now left there immediately to be used in the future immediately whilst also drawing down $500k immediately.
dnd,
19th August RNS:
" The new funds will be utilised immediately in expanding our manufacturing capabilities and further developing awareness of the Zoetic brand."
4th September RNS:
"Consequently, the Board resolved to draw down in full the $500,000 bank facility. This satisfies these temporarily higher costs whilst preserving the funds raised in the placing on 19 August for future expansion and ongoing operations."
Hmmmmm..............
"utilised immediately" or "preserving the funds raised in the placing on 19 August for future expansion and ongoing operations."
So one of the two RNS's is either an error or a downright lie. I wonder which?
Kaintz is one of the best.

Good! The more like you who go the better. Let's see who's right and whose wrong in a few months time. I'm a proper long term investor in businesses not a 5 minute trader ****ing around with petty cash. If you have no patience or foresight then that's your loss...
Which one is it? A or B?
PMSL!
Was your account hacked?
I have everyone on filter bar bobby, onestrangeguy, BH, HD, bs15, fadec and some other good fellas.
bobby, "He paid 5p out of his own pocket in 2015 so one has to assume he wants some profit. "
Can you please provide the link where RP actually paid "out of his own pocket" to purchase HNR shares please? I know he was granted founder shares at launch of HNR and also managed to get some more shares as holder of 37.5% of DTU - which HNR "bought" at "arms length" - but nowhere can I find the elusive RNS which states that he "bought" the shares.
The only ones "out of pocket" here seem to be the shareholders.
But if you have been told that RP wishes to "buy" more shares then who am I to disagree.
Bobby, did not to fly you over to see the facilities?
