RE: Thoughts on the RNS today.9 May 2019 22:17
RKB, Thank you kindly for that post which does nothing to address the questions I raised, namely your assertion that we have not had to provide capital to get a "free" ride at east denver. Maybe if I repost my original post you may be able to address the specifics rather than your observations on UKOG:
RKB, Are you absolutely, categorically certain about some of your claims? Especially the veracity of this assertion :" To have eight producing wells in East Denver that we have not had to provide any capital at all and to be on a free ride for 7.5%"
How did we come to acquire it? Was it gifted to us via some largesse of a donor?
Have these wells just started producing? If not what did they produce previously and how did that stack up to the promises made?
I am of the distinct impression that we made a loss of £1,883,820 on "acquiring" this "free carry".
Whilst I am jumping for joy at the various projections of the vast amount of income we are going to be generating I find it curious that the company itself says that all this income will be just "sufficient" to cover all their overheads :
"Taking account of the expected revenues from these additional sources (but before the revenues from Zoetic's crops as described below), the Board remains of the view that the Company will generate sufficient cash flow to cover all overheads for the current year."
I suggest that either the income projections outlined by some here are wildly optimistic or that the company does not understand its own accounts.
Hmmm.
