It is not the number of shares in issue that matters but the market cap (two wholly separate things). One could have a trillion shares in issue and a market cap of £100k which could 10 bag or 50 bag.

BP has bilions of shares in issue but also billions in revenue and biilions in market cap - so a slightly different beast to UKOG if you don't mind me saying.

Because the company loves its investors so much it continually affords them the opportunity to average down at ever cheaper prices. How many other companies are as generous? Credit to SS for allowing it. If not via the decline in the SP then via fundraising. Kudos. Shrewd cookie.
