is that as more shares are issued then any subsequent issues become a smaller percentage of the total existing shares in issue. So that is an upside. Plus it increases liquidity in the shares which the BoD mentioned explicitly as a reason for SS not exercising his options. At least they do not have that burden anymore. So expect news on SS exercising his options soon and the BoD buying some shares - to align their interests with the rest of the shareholders. And who knows - DL maybe buying more shares as he is such a big fan.

They have already proven they can produce massive quantities of oil. 220 barrels a day is no laughing matter. And once the Kimmeridge starts gushing then there will be no stopping this. As everyone knows the temporary pressure build up can last a few years but once the pressure is built up then watch this space.
