Thanks Quady. Yes interesting but doesn't say anything about selling part of a company. One would assume that the same would be applicable if the whole company was sold. I remember NM saying that some tennements were put under other holding companies (I'm sure I read that) so it could be the case that if Solg is sold, it may not include the companies that were put into holding companies.

Can anyone shed anymore light on NM's statement that selling part of Solg would not be advantageous to shareholders, taxwise. I think this has to be possible at a price. We may well have 3 or 4 more tier 1 opportunities in other tennements. Who's to say that Alpala was not the worst of all the tennements we own. What are the chances of your first development being the best of all the rest???Yes it will take time to prove these others up. Surely it has to be possible to sell Alpala and move on to the next tier 1 development. Also, where are the chinese? They must be very interested in what Solg have to offer.
