Very difficult to buy. I think there is 25-30% free float. Cashed up & £500k cash coming in from VIN MURRAI!! People are underestimating just how powerful & successful this woman in the tech world. She is like one poster mentioned the creme de la creme!! I don’t like to make predictions but I do feel this woman has an ace up her sleeve. She knows exactly what to do here. The last AIM company she sold, she netted £100M for her & her family. Zoopla was sold for £2.2billion and she was on the advisory board. Not a bad record and she certainly is a winner. Always back good management that have delivered as they often do it over & over again. £2M Market cap is peanut here. Even £1.00 per share gives you £33M market cap and that’s still less than TERNs Market cap ;-))))
This company has more revenue than TERN, NO DEBT and a client base only tlddler AIM companies can dream of the likes Exxon, SHELL, Cargill just to mention a few. Murria has completed over 40 acquisitions since her days at Kewill. She knows how to attack a niche market and squeeze it for sales by accumulating underexploited, complementary businesses. It’s a formula for success that she’s repeating at Advanced Computer Software, where in two years she has overseen five acquisitions, including COA Solutions for £100 million from Alchemy Partners, and opened offices in Asia and North America. In between all of this, she managed to negotiate a new £55 million financing facility with two banks. The AIM-listed company, which provides software and IT services to public, private and third sector organisations, has gone from zero to close to £100 million in the space of two years. ‘I’m good at taking something that has sales of £2.5 million and making it a £500 million business,’ she comments. ‘I’m not good at going from a start-up to a few million pounds; that’s not me, but I do have a huge amount of respect for those who can do the start-up phase.’

Been in this company before. What does this woman do?

Just google the name. She is putting £500K of her cash. 33m shares in issue of which majority are in tight hands. Tier 1 clients including Shell & Exxon Goodyear and many more. Ex Tern founder here as well.
This woman is in a league of her own.
Vin Murray Sold a £750M company on AIM netting £100M for herself and her family and was on the board when Zoopla was sold for £2.2Billion. That’s right £2.2billion.
Don’t think so Mannan. Today’s RNS gives it away pal ;-)))

IMTK has some major clients likes of Exxon.
Does anyone know how many the seller has left? I guess it’s Cannacord who is selling looking at the previous RNS’s.
NT to buy??
& it’s looking like it’s heading North.
Basically more jam tomorrow. Nothing today!!
Lots of gold everywhere and in big fat grades as well as a nickel project & cobolt project & copper project all imho to be potentially world class. We have RIO and Newmont nearby. Our coffers are full and work is going on the ground at full speed. We are in a commodities bull run. We have potentially one of the most exciting gold projects in THE WORLD!! We sit comparably to the 27M Telfer Gold Mine and more importantly our geology is so far very similar!! There are no more massive potential gold projects in the Western World ;-))))
2 recent placing sand still no progress or contracts. Shocking.
If we can prove even 20% of the 27m oz Telfer mine pretty quick that 5.4M oz of gold as we have the massive grades. DALRIDIAN just got taken out for around £300M and we can easily surpass their resource. We have majors next door all around us.
Summary
The Paterson Project comprises the Havieron, Black Hills and Paterson Range East licences, covering over 385 square kilometres of under-explored ground in the Paterson Province in Western Australia prospective for iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) and Telfer style gold deposits.
The Paterson region hosts several large gold and copper deposits such as Telfer (27M oz) and Nifty (2MT copper). The region has been subject to more recent exploration which has outlined several other deposits including Magnum (Au), Calibre (Au), O’Callaghans (Cu) and Maroochydore (Cu).
Regional targeting by the Company has highlighted the potential for a new IOCG district with multiple targets identified across the Company’s licences , with recent drilling demonstrating the potential for one such area, Havieron to represent a very large mineralised system.
Geophysical data has outlined the Havieron target as covering approximately 1,000m x 1,000m. Depth to top of target is around 400m with these depths easily achieved with modern drilling equipment. Only six drill holes have been completed to date with all intersecting significant alteration and gold plus copper anomalism. Thick lower grade zones of gold and copper have been intersected and within these gold grades peak at 15.4g/t and copper to 2.5%. Current drill hole spacing is broad and so the core of Havieron represents an immediate resource definition drilling target.
The Black Hills area is regarded as having high potential for hosting gold deposits similar in style to Newcrest’s Telfer Mine. Historical work reported surface rock chip samples of up to 90g/t gold and drilling intercepts including 4m at 7.0g.t gold from 25m.
Historically the Pilbara Region is recognised for its gold and base metal mineralisation but apart from the work by Anglo American in the early 1970s very little subsequent exploration work has been carried out within the Panorama project area leaving the cobalt mineralisation untested. The large area of the cobalt in streams anomaly suggests a significant mineralising event has occurred.
The word “SIGNIFICANT”
Most major buyers of Cobolt like Apple , Samsung, want a reliable source of supply of cobolt not exploiting child labour in the Congo.
Do not underestimate the 27M oz Telfer project and the similarities GGPs prospects have. Rio stake licence next door. Taking this project to the next level.
Just gone through. That’s confidence
Another excellent summary Tiburn ;-))) Love the last bit , or could I add, do we get Rio Tinto, Newcrest or Newmont.
