Add to the client network that opens up to VIN MURRAI; https://www.imaginatik.com/clients/ Exxon Goodyear Cargill SHELL TDBank 99.9% of companies on AIM can only dream of having clients like this
Yes PIKEY needs a reality check. He wants in and it’s obvious. GT keep posting facts and it’s brilliant how VIN MURRAI is leading the tech world. CISCO winner as well. Being nominated by CISCO the biggest IT group in the world and they name you as the leading TECH GURU!!
It’s a guessing game as to if the sale of this CO will be £500M or £2.2Billion That’s the numbers this woman plays with ;-))
Miles, If Ronaldo was coming to Sheffield UTD, don’t you think the world would know what kind of talent was coming to Sheffield??? Does it need advertising? Are so ignorant that certain people have the WOW factor refererred to as LEGENDARY by the TECH industry SUCCESS is their blood!! Creating wealth is their game!! Guess how much she will create this year!! I’m guessing £500M for starters!! She has an ACR or two up her sleeve ;-)))) What a poor deramping attempt Mikey!!
This woman has winner written all over her. Can’t wait for her to come on board ;-)))) More shares for me Monday morning!! LEGENDERY Name me one other Top exec that’s been described on AIM as Legendery in any sector on AIM. Never seen it
Mikey279, Rule NO1 when investing, has the Director delivered success? Answer is Vin Murria has done it numerous times. If you want to win you need to back winners with a credible background and history. This woman ticks all the right boxes. I would have given her half the company just to come on board. She’s actually putting her own money in. Took me 8 trades to buy what I needed to and I’m still not finished. There is literally no stock available hence why the market makers close the shop and raise the offer for very limited stock.
Another libellous comment Mr Fraser will be notified. ;-))
How many shares did the ex TERN founder/Director take? I believe he is near 10% as he only just come on board as well.
Vin got an ACE up her sleeve!! She got access to the worlds biggest companies getting into IMTK. This can take many years to achieve. What’s she planning on rolling out here? Can’t wait and she is putting her own cash in here to take a controlling position ;-)))) This woman is in a league of her own!! Is there going to be a VOX podcast today?
Believe me he will be receiving a call from FCA as they will take his details from FCA. What IMTK do will be interesting. To damage & defame one the the countries top top tech gurus is going to be dealt with believe me. This woman does a lot of charitable work in India giving those who have no opportunity in life a lifeline opportunity in education. People like Brainer should be exposed as they are not those who are making a real difference in the world today.
I suggest everyone reports his posts and copies the FCA, NOMAD and LSE and makes them aware of the FALSE, MISLEADING comments to destabilise & damage the reputation of IMTK & it’s directors for self gain. Market.abuse@fca.org.uk Info@lse.co.uk Enquiries@fincap.org.uk You can also contact IMTK via their website.
Brainer claimed harhoo bought shares at 8p when clearly Harhoo brought this Imtk to the attention of others @ 4p. Brainer is acting desperate, uncivilised, close to libel and believe me his comments are going to the NOMAD and FCA for deliberately trying to destabilise a company by posting misleading and false statements. Believe me the FCA do not tolerate this kind of nonesense and they are cracking down. As a premium members of LSE , a record of all your posts have been recorded and LSE are going to be notified. I am sure LSE do not want their platform being used for fraudulent purposes.
Watch & learn. This woman should be nicknamed Wonderwoman. She took £100M from her last sale for herself & her family Your filtered TROLL
The AIM-listed company, which provides software and IT services to public, private and third sector organisations, has gone from zero to close to £100 million in the space of two years. ‘I’m good at taking something that has sales of £2.5 million and making it a £500 million business,
More revenue than TERN and we have ex founder of TERN on board. £2M Market cap v £60M (was £120M) Market cap not long ago. IMTK has better clients than TERN. Some of the biggest in the world!! Majority of stock in tight hands.
Delano, refer to my first question, why waste time when your not going to buy?? Brainer has made it clear so your question is irrelevant here. He certainly not onboard that’s for sure and I think that’s why he is bitter. 2nd stop is a bit more costly but it’s worth it for sure as this is going to be one hell of a journey. Maybe he has no funds to buy I guess so he is a tad Cheesed off
Built to last Murria has completed over 40 acquisitions since her days at Kewill. She knows how to attack a niche market and squeeze it for sales by accumulating underexploited, complementary businesses. It’s a formula for success that she’s repeating at Advanced Computer Software, where in two years she has overseen five acquisitions, including COA Solutions for £100 million from Alchemy Partners, and opened offices in Asia and North America. In between all of this, she managed to negotiate a new £55 million financing facility with two banks. The train has left CHOO CHOO Bitter bitter boy
Brainer, Rule no1, you don’t go into a shop if your not going to buy right unless you like hugging the dummies on display right ;-)) I certainly don’t. You made your point your not going to buy so jog on. What do you benefit if this sp stays@ 8p or £3.00. Your not going to be part of the story here so how do you benefit? Have you nothing better to do on a Friday evening?? Try Asda 24/7
Yes GT well spotted, she is going to make this fly ;-)) Winner Vin Murria, CEO of Advanced Computer Software Group, along with Tim Skinner, director UK enterprise for Cisco, everywoman co-founders Maxine Benson and Karen Gill and TV presenter Suzi Perry. Vin has over 20 years’ experience of publicly listed companies and private equity experience focusing on the software sector. She launched Advanced Computer Software Group in 2008 which is now a leading provider of patient management software solutions. Vin is a partner at Elderstreet Captial and a non-executive director of Greenco Plc.
Yes rolled back 10 for 1. Why would a multi millionaire that’s done deals for hundreds of millions & billions want a stake in a £2M market cap AIM listed company?
