Vin Murray the Queen of tech has applied to put in £500k as a controlling stake. She already owns a significant chunk of the companies stock.

Made over 60 acquisitions, sold one company for £500M taking it from zero.

Vin Murria was chief executive of Advanced Computer Software, an AIM-listed healthcare software company. She has over 20 years' experience of working for private equity backed and publicly listed companies focusing on the software sector. Under her direction, Advanced Computer Software has been growing fast and in November 2014 agreed a £725m takeover by a US private equity group. She joined the board of Softcat, another highly regarded IT firm, as a non-executive director last year.

Vin Murrai sits on the advisory board in which she was instrumental in its sale for £2.2 BILLION.

This company sits at £2.2M market cap.

I think once the takeover panel announce I’m hoping next week it will be very difficult to buy. A lot of Vins previous investors will be backing her again.

I watched the presentation again & the devil is in the detail. If you listen she says she has made 10 investments out of which 2 are going to do really well & 1 is going to do exceptionally well.

Looks like she is lining all the ducks together and then boom it’s payday for us.

This is a ready made business with first class clients and now a first class board. I’m at see anything I don’t like about this business.

The Takeover panel is just standard procedure and it just takes several days for them to give IMTK the all clear. Vin Murrai has agreed the loan subject to Takeover panel approval. Took her just 2 years to take one company from Zero to £500M recently :-))))

No not at all ,only 33m shares in issue makes it one of the lowest issued share cap on the market.

Joe, The companies share price has been hammered. I think at 4p which is the lowest you could buy at the market cap was just over £1M. It’s been consolidated from the last placing 10 for 1. The market cap today is £2M. What do you think with revenues of £3.7M & NO DEBT and a client list that has the likes of SHELL, EXXON, DELTA TD BANK should be worth?? Add to that Angus Fraser and the QUEEN of TECH VIN MURRAI and what’s it worth now?? Both Directors buying into the company. Fraser bought in 10% of the co. Vin Murrai £500k gives her controllling stake. This won’t be £2M Market cap for long. I’m giving this several days before it 4-5 bags!!

This is how they will learn , expensive lesson. Buy lock away and see what magic this woman does like she has many times before. Even £1 a share is only £33 million market cap. That’s where she started one of her last companies which sold for £765M.

The mms are playing a very dangerous game. A lot are waiting on a lower entry. They are dropping on small sells & misleading by reporting Buys as sells.

MM have No stock to sell just goes to show they want sellers. News anytime now & then we have VM and Fraser coming on board. I know for a fact VM has something up her sleeve. The Queen of tech is what your investing in.

I personally feel she has an ace up her sleeve!! She gets numerous opportunities on a daily basis so why has she taken a position and interest in IMTK?

2 large trades that have been delayed being published one around 9.32 and the other 10:32 to create a false impression. It’s obvious the MMs have Very little stock!!

This subject is so important when investing.

The first step would be to look into an industry that you are familiar with. The industry chosen must be in tandem with the long term growth prospects of the economy.
