Also, if you sustain losses in individual shares in an ISA you cannot get relief, so if you have a basket of risk assets you will not be as advantaged by the shelter as you think.

There are far better uses out there for your ISA allowance than this junk.

Then why buy this at all? It is not a geared play on bitcoin. It is an UNGEARED play on bitcoin! If BTC goes up 100% (big IF, by the way), the shares in SWC will go up 50%.

We all need to make our own minds up of course, but I suggest already his posts imply that he isn't "new to this" at all. In other words, he is lying to you.

IMHHO there is very little to support the current valuation here - a rag tag of marginally profitable businesses, a few bitcoin and a chunk of PLC costs making the business as a whole cash consumptive. It exists for the benefit of its managers and promoters, not its shareholders. It will eventually end in tears.

Do not be left holding the bag, buy these at current values at your peril.

I'm sure it's just a case of tying up the loose ends on that £3M EIS fundraise so they can tick off that pesky material uncertainty as to going concern and, er, pay the audit fee.

Joking aside, I maintain that with the parent company as the main creditor raising new money for old as equity is a complete non-starter. I think it's time they fessed up on that.

Its fundamental value is therefore negative on any reasonable basis. Sure, you can make money trading it but your ultimate gain relies on the bigger fool theory. Do NOT be left holding the bag when the music stops.

I have a tip for anyone who feels this justifies its current capitalisation based on its assets (such as they are). Buy bitcoin. This is a deleveraged crypto play, a very expensive one at that.

If you are right about the fortunes of this enterprise to the extent that it justifies its current market cap, the bitcoin price will have gone up a hundredfold.
