MOTB & Phil - very similar to me as well! Barely a penny to my name 7 years ago. And now - mortgage free in an amazing house and c .5m in free cash and I’m not yet 40. Very large chunk of that is in UKW. My only wish was if bought it a few days later - literally steamed in two days before Goverment changes 🤦‍♂️ Still, with divis ok - not far off b/e
