I don't understand the SP movement, results were good, outlook seems excellent. Good dividend. There is a lot of debt but payments are well covered. I've been buying in to bring down my average, currently 711. But I'm out of funds for now! Hope this bounces soon!

Im happy it's not falling any further! I see this as a long term hold, it's just nice to know your in profit if you want it! If it flies now I'll be kicking myself for not getting in cheaper when I had the chance 😂

I'm averaged at 7.53 here, haven't got any funds available to average down further at present, will this slow decline in the sp ever end!

Added again today at 7.34. Shirts worry me but I can see a lot of upside from here.

I'm confused by the yield, I worked it out about 6.5% but this site suggests 10% and the HL site is suggesting 13% currently. If the yield is really so high surely there would be more excitement about this. I think current dip is probably profit taking from early investments at the moment. 300 could be a way off yet!

Yip, that's my take on it! Looks like I managed to sell at the bottom, big % loss but luckily relatively small part of portfolio.

Non exec buying shares just before 1st Q statement

Bought in again today, doubling my holding, I think this is a temporary dip, if it keeps falling I'll try to free up some funds to buy again at 700.

I'm loathe to sell at a loss so probably going to wait it out and see what happens. I wasn't brave enough to average down as looking at the presidents behaviour more widely, I'm not convinced he will deal rather than make a grab! Logically a deal is the way forward and would be best for all parties, the question for me is will the government behave logically?
