In the end lets hope common sense prevails because there will indeed be alot of false claims put in . a couple of weeks ago i posted that i knew someone who helped someone take out a loan with amigo, he was self employed and on occasions he didnt have the work to pay, now i knew his guarantor, and she had to pay up on one or two occasions, then she started pretending she hadnt known what she was doing but the borrower had increased his loan and she had to agree to that too, but she still claimed she hadnt understood, later on he got the money to pay it off.
Alot of people lied in the first place to obtain a loan. surely common sense should tell the FCA , they will know by experience. these people will have to be weeded out

So as things stand roughly how much would it leave amigo in the kitty to commence trading ,how much money would it leave them? they keep saying they would have sufficient to continue business, .if things were all done and dusted would would they have left? thats what i am thinking. any ideas,has anyone worked it out to date after yesterdays rns

Does any one know anything about accountancy ? should be able to claim back millions for a loss from inland revenue ,and no tax to pay this year if they have paid any todate

When the dust has settled shouldn't amigo accountants be able to claim a tax refund for Amigo for the loss?

At first many believed inc myself that this would make for a good year for tly because of the increased activity within the NHS due to covin but as i say it appears to have had the opposite effect, and are we going around in a circle with all this because if other people are suffering and lives are being lost due to delays then whats the point in prioritizing for covin? because the results the same lives are still being lost indirectly due to the priority of covin. And what of the nightinggale hospitals? no mention of them, anyway back to TLY This pandemic has delayed any new contracts for TLY is seems ,not quite sure why, and the gov has thrown money at the NHS too but not in the way of contracts as this would have moved the sp up should they have done so.Eventualy i should imagine there will be one after the other once they start but why delay them ?now whats the difference
Quite honestly the gov could not afford the first lockdown let alone a second one,it beggers believe what the final total is going to be and how its going to impact on everything and everyone.. best to emigrate

YES..... TLY sp stuck in the mud, whats the reason ? covid at the last agm they said covid was going to effect the profits for the second half , and as we are up to our eyes in it i dont expect much for the full year end, regretfully it looks as if they are right, covin ,is affecting normal ops and this is affecting TLY apparently. All we can hope for is that NHS increase the routine ops for it to make a difference and, lets face it there are many as they are miles behind. lives are being lost,or likley to be because patients are waiting to long . If it wasnt for the pandemic coming along TLY would be a sight higher thats whats holding this down. in my opinion.

Am i missing something ? just dont count your chickens just yet , re- today in the blue sp With no announcements today the rise is likely to be the rise in the DOW thats pushed this into the blue more than anything, so as this is likely to finish on a high it bodes well for tomorrow morning.Its a good indication of alot of shares because a lot tend to follow the indices unless they have news.

I think your wrong, amigo is simply reacting to market indices, and as the day has progressed fell back to the dropping indices ,remember amigo is not AIM.. and as a example ftse is down yet again to perhaps its lowest level for quite some time. Iknow amigo is not in the ftse but non the less on market bad days it does influence the price if no other news around. I suspect the usual reasons for the indices covin reports,the EU and the us elections. negative impact

I have often had this myself having bought only to see it in the sell column , i could never understand this,anyway you just cant always go buy if its a buy or a sell most of the time.
