It hasn't been helped with several years being lost when the political elite from Labour and Conservative did everything they could to block Brexit, which like it or not the country voted for.
Other problems here? Yes plenty, but are we alone in these issues?
I think not, most countries are entering recession, have high fuel prices etc.
There's plenty wrong here but would it REALLY be better under a Labour government?

Agree with you here, not that I know a huge amount about finding Uranium I assume hand held (portable?) equipment will allow us to target points of interest quickly and effectively and then if necessary take samples.

Usual bad press and political point scoring. BP and Shell don't set the prices, they are just benefitting from world decisions.
If people want to direct their anger at anyone it should be EVERY government this country has had for not securing its energy independence, whether that be by oil & gas, nuclear etc
