When you think about John Bromley and his 1% holding, the fact that he is the head of clean energy investment at Legal & General speaks volumes, putting his own money in!

As you've kind of pointed out Ian, the fact the shares are listed as being held by Philip T and John B it would point to these shares being held by these individuals NOT companies.
John B works for L&G so if they were L&G shares they would be listed as so?

Isn't Tesla's profits down to selling carbon credits to other manufacturers? To be honest I don't know the full details but I think there's a bit of "smoke and mirrors" going on!

We don't "need" to raise cash. If let's say a consortium wants what we've got, at say 100,000oz a year, they would "buy in" giving us the money to get multiple pits into production, they have a couple of people on our board, with shares issued to them.
It's just an option which "could" happen!

I think this rights issue is totally overblown.
IMO (for what it's worth!) We will either,
1. Have a total buy out by some form of consortium, or
2. A massive japenese consortium will put a "shed load" of money into Eurasia, and shares will be issued as they will have people on our board.
Just my opinion!

If your "new" to share dealing you need to spend as much time as possible looking at the companies that your thinking of investing in.
AIM is not a place for the inexperienced investor.
FTSE listed companies offer a generally safer starting point but if you choose wisely there is more money to be made on AIM.
I think that you MAY have made a good call looking at this company, but never invest more than you can afford to lose.
I would also "spread your risk" over more than one company, as if you lose on one you could make it back on another.
And NEVER EVER put everything you've got into 1 company.
