I agree with you there but at times I have spent to much energy looking for negative's and this had cost me money!
Several shares I could have invested in companies but " bottled it" and then they have proceeded to bag, but it does stop you getting caught out often.

Has it? I don't remember that? It WAS 43p at one stage and I believe it may have spiked to 45 but certainly NOT 55p, but I may be wrong?

And nothings changed at all has it?????

At the end of the day its where "YOU" think the share price will be upon sale / dividend.
This may be an obvious statement but I look for companies where I BELIEVE the share price is to low, through whatever reason, rather than throw money at the market buying in at "highs"
I believe, looking at the asset base, the rising commodity prices and the "green" future the whole world is going to have to adopt, this share has HIGH growth potential, either through sale / divi, or progressing into full scale mining.

The stock market works on "facts" so I suspect that all the time there is a market (people selling / people buying) the share price will be held in this vicinity until we get an indication of the sale / dividend value.
What we DO know is that the asset value far exceeds the current share price!

If the company decides to pay a dividend and you hold the shares on the EX dividend date you will receive a payment for that amount. Amount of shares 6006 x the agreed divi (Say £1) = £6006

The BOD will update us when they can, at the end of the day this is a delicate time and THEY (BOD) are massive shareholders so the last thing they are going to want to do is mess things up.

Yes, basically all the times there's a market at this price it will stay here, or thereabouts!
There must be a lot of people "day trading" and not really interested in the possible sale, buying and selling on 0.5 to 2p swings.
The minute the BOD put a value on a deal the SP will rerate to just below that point.
