cant remember the exact rules but even a million shares is only about 0.3% so far too small to have tomake an announcement to the market. Why it is significant is becasue there are so few shares in general circulation but of course if it is one of the 2 main holders that would be a different thing. It looks likes they are buying but you can never be sure. If one of them is buying then it could become very interesting!

anotehr 1/4 million gone through this morning at fullprice. SP not moved but something is going on. This is definitely a concerted effort, will keep a very close eye here! Anyone else any theories?

that is very strange and somebody is very keen to get thses shares, looks like the same person or company buying 1/4 million at a time. Will be interesting to see where the price goes tomorrow but once again impossible to explain how prices are estblished. For a company of this size 1 million shares at the full buy price shoudl have moved us a few percent at least

HRG very much ahead of the game. went to the show today and even if I didnt hear anything new traffic looked good at the HRG stand. Didnt see any of the directors, hope they are busy elsewhere (takeover, maybe!). They did take the company private before becasue tehy didnt believe they city understood them and they were worried they wouldnt be given the patience required for making changes required. The only way I could see a private or management takeover again owuld be in cooperation with DNATA, their partner who has over 20% of the shares, BUt I would think that BCD and the rest of us wouldn' t relinquish our shares if there wasn't a very good premium on the existing SP, so I cant see us really losing on that option either.

I will have a wander around the show and see if I can pick up any snippets. I think generally the HRG people will be quite happy with developments and the price moving up to where it peaked last year. Would be great with some take over rumours but for now I don't hear anything like that happening. I would have thought this wouldnt be bad price to jump in at as the copany is clearly still valued below where I think it should be but once we approach 90 or a hundred it might be more difficult to justify a premium for either a takeover or a taking the company private. Who knows,somethimes these things happen when you least expect it, but slow ly and surely will do very well for me anyway.

Not sure if this was meant for me, if so not sure what your game is. I think i have provided enough facts and inforation on this site since the price was 5', so that people who have fillowed the advice i have given , would now be quite well off. What are you on about?

Thanks a lot. I have my ear pretty good to the ground and have a number of clients in the travel industry, especially corporate travel. Fascinating business as risk pretty small as you dont buy anything untill sold so main investment in technology and staff which HRG has understood very well. Only downside being taht market doesnt understand thebusness becasue HRG is only company listed, so they end up sometimes being grouped with other companies in travel sector where mostly there are no similartities. I know what companies get sold for in this business. recently a company 6-8 times smaller in sales than HRG got sold for an amoount justa bout 3-4 times smaller than HRG is worth today so just shows what potential is possible here. We are looking good in my view to 80-90 this year and if we get the long awaited takeover battle could easily shoot pass 100. my average is low teens, managed to buy a lot at bottom (5) so looking at a very healthy contribution to the good life I intend to live

I guess it is a consideration and some of them are approaching retirement age although still a few years to go, I think. I hoinestly dont think the number of shares they have options on would have a major effect on the SP or on our holding. Rememeber there are over 300 million shares , I haven't looked but I cant imagine they are getting even 2 % of this number. Furthermore I think they wouldnt dream of selling knowing what message that would send to the market. Also rememerb tehre are so few shares in general circulation. Most of them are in hands of the 2 major shareholders (BCD and DNATA). institutional investors, the board and staff and a number of shareholders who like me would not drean of selling. That means that only maybe around 10% of shares are in general circulation and that measn low turnover and therefore more difficult to push the price higher quickly. Only when one of the main sharehodlers or the board tries to do a takeover or take it private again will we see the next big push. In the meantime slowly slowly we are moving upwards towards soemthing looking like the true value which probably is around 80-90 at the moment. FIna comment I would say to your question is that if they only get their options if the company does really well then it is of course a win win for us sharehodlers as if we do well the price goes up, so I am all for it.

That was a cery specific question, not sure why you are asking. I checked and there is alot of the informaiton you are looking for in their annual report under the section called remuneration report. Just go to the website and check. There is too much for me to copy/paste here.

Yes, things going very well there. The government business has been awarded to 2 TMCs, HRG and a much smaller one who wont be able handle too much of it, so taht measn that HRG gets a much larger share than they had before. It also gives a lot of good PR and confidecne in the company whne they are up against their main competitors CWT, AMEX and BCD (who of course own 22% of HRG). Several buys now at 59.50, wuld love to see 70 by the end of 1st quarter, but not even considering sellilng any of my considerable holding before 80 or higher

Nothing happened and we are moving upward again this morning, very close to the 60 now and once we are through here no reason why we shouldn't move faster towards 70. The corporate travel marekt seems to have picked up agian. Last quarter 2011 was slightly down overall, but HRG stands in a very strong posiiton. The annual Business Travel Show is coming up in a few weeks time, will see if tehre are any announcments around that time and i might go to Earls Court and see what my contacts in the industry can tell me

somebody sold 2 million shares today, wonder who bought them. Something is going on, just not sure what. The business travel show is coming up in a few weeks time, would be nice to get an announcement there, for instance that the company is taking itself private againat a price of 100,would make my day , but I am just speculating although I think soemthing will give this year. Now the price is moving and the buys growing in size, is there soemthing happening under the surface or is the share just finally breaking free of this range and moving towards the real value?

somebody is buying here. 16 portions of 4000 shares just gone through at 58.25, a bit surprised the price hasn't gone up any firther but hopefully taht will happen soon.

Lots of movement and volume today, could be seeing the next move above 60? waitinglong enough now for thisshare to restore it's true value. I still believe we will be somewher between 80 and 90 before teh end of the year

Hambledon (AIM: HMB) has released an operational update for its Sekisovskoye gold mine in Kazakhstan. Of most significance is that initial production from the new underground mine phase (initiated December 2011) has increased the overall processed gold grade by 22% (Q311: 1.05g/t Au cf Q411: 1.28g/t Au). This has allowed the company to somewhat mitigate the plant shutdown (which occurred in November due to a small leak in a tailings pond lining) and still record a 5% improvement in FY11 tonnages processed over that achieved in FY10. Stated production for Q411 was 5,446oz Au with total 2011 production recorded at 21,029ozs, 3.4% higher than our 2011 forecast of 20,338oz. 2011 annual financial results are due around May 2012.
